Bed bugs / Plojnite.

Bed Bugs present in hotel rooms. There is something that looks like an infestation. Not one but lots and lots .

Our room smelled like a septic tank. It smelled like a toilet overflowed throughout the whole side of the hotel. We asked to switch rooms and we were told we could not they offered us perfume. We ended the sauna and thought it was 50 LEI only to find out it was 145 lay for 20 minutes to sit in a dry sauna would not recommend they were very unaccommodating.

I arrived at 2 AM. The gate of the hotel open for thiefs, but nobody at the desk in the reception. I had the confirmation number and the pin, but not the room number. Nobody answered when I called to the telephone written at the desk. I had to sleep in a chair till 7AM and I left. A very nice experience to recommend!!

I don’t actually know where to start with this utter hovel of a hotel. We booked through “Love Holidays” a company I will NEVER use again. Arrived at the hotel at 23:00 - walked up to reception and nobody was there. Waited a couple of mins as assumed the video cameras would alert someone to myself and my daughter been there - along with having booked through a holiday company - assumed - wrongly!! They would also alert the hotel of our arrival time. Waited and waited and then noticed a number to call - rang said number and it started ringing in the locked office - with no answer. Another couple walked into the hotel and advised us that the hotel should have what’s apped the details to me the day before - frantically checked my what’s app - nothing! Ended up on the phone with love holidays who blamed me for choosing a later flight and not arriving when reception were at the desk! As we waited for the issue to be resolved and time quickly ticking another drunk guest staggered into the hotel inviting myself and my daughter to his room and to show us that the keys to the rooms were in fact on the outside of the doors. Trying to communicate with someone under the influence of alcohol along with a language barrier was very difficult ~ love holidays finally got back to us and then advised the information for us to get to our room had been sent - but due to “connection issues” this could take a while at this point it was 1am - finally we called the numbers and realised that the number diverted to florin who then sent the information needed to get into the room. Further advising we should have contacted the hotel the day before to request this information- so as a guest paying to stay in this hotel it was my fault i couldn’t access my room as I didn’t contact the hotel the day before AND I got a late flight! Getting to our “4 star room” and it added to the whole “Hostel” experience - dark woods - thinning carpets - dirty bathroom with a dirty dark ring around the bath. We were here for 4 days - no room service - in fact we had to ask the cleaner for towels and had to get these ourselves. Asked for toilet roll and was told this could only be accessed between the hours of 9-3 - the place is a run down dump. It is not central and you will need a Uber to travel into the centre. This hotel is a run down mess and has clearly seen better days - as for the spa it so likely the same as the restaurant which is also locked up and closed - save your money and book somewhere you can actually check in when you arrive - reflects the price you pay and will not involve you been blamed!! Do not book this hotel. It is a run down mess. Unable to check in for 2 hours and then I was blamed for booking a late flight. NOT central!

This hotel is not a four star hotel. There was no one on reception, just told you to ring a number and they never answered. I had to go looking for someone to check in. We paid for bed and breakfast for four nights to be told no breakfasts were being served. Never saw the nice dining room that was supposed to be there and is shown in the pictures. Most doors were locked. No coffee or tea making facilities in rooms, didn’t service our room when we left the hanger on the door asking them to. We even had to buy our own toilet roll! There was a coffee shop in the foyer which was never open and no idea where the supposed spa was! The hotel was like a ghost hotel , barely saw any staff for four days. The bar/restaurant attached was run by someone other than the hotel and wasn’t interested in doing breakfast. This was for our 35th anniversary and it was ruined. The only good thing was a comfortable bed. I am demanding some form of compensation from the company who we booked with. I would most definitely not stay here again.
