Vila Parliament Square is an excellent hotel for introverted people.

I never encountered anyone at the reception
They use this system of codes for access in the hotel and also in the room
For one side It’s comfortable (in a special way ) but on the other side it’s not so good…

If you need something or you need help in something there’s anyone so i don’t know..
Despite all these things the hotel is perfect
Beautiful the position and very clean room.
if they manage better this fact it would be perfect.

It is clean, cozy, good city location. No room view because it is in between other buildings. Check-in and bulding entering codes are received by SMS. For someone who needs a place to sleep, shower not to stay all day in the room, it is a good choice.

I spent 10 mins in the room (I had booked for 3 nights) I ended up leaving and booking another hotel. I didn't care I'd lost the money.

There was no staff it's all keypad entry, rooms are small, location doesn't feel safe.

If you are used to a Marriot style hotel avoid. If you like a hostel type feel it maybe OK for you

Very awesome place to stay at. Not that much noise and do to its location away from the main road which is only on the other side of the buildings, rooms are clean. Hotel is not that old. I would give them five stars for clean rooms and location

Good location, close to the parliament, about 1,5 km from the old town. It’s a good walk. The room either the bathroom were pretty clean.

Avoid - NOT clean as many said!

I had to wait for more than 15 minutes outside the hotel when I arrived as the reception desk was unmanned. Luckily a cleaning lady was there and was able to open the gate for me and call the administration to give me the code to my room. I stayed there for 7 days and the reception was never manned.

The worst was the room which was NOT CLEAN at all. I lived in room number 3 where the bathroom was dirty and there were caterpillars coming out of the wall!!! I called the administration and luckily got to change the room which was a little better but there were cockroaches in the room.

Parliament palace formerly dictator Nikolai build this building as his palace for his residence unfortunately he was assassinated after an military coup a beautiful building situated in Bucharest capital of Romania i visited in1999 my memories was awesome Romania is eastern European country before democracy Romania was communist country

Small but clean room, most of the things work, one of the lights in the bathroom is having a seizure, you cannot keep it on unless you realy want to party. The TV has no smart capabilities in case you wanted to work and cast to the TV. Entrence is high tech, no keycard necessary, I like this.

Food reasonable BUT worst service I have ever experienced. Server didn't greet us, seemed very taken with his phone and in a hurry. He came to take our plates before we had even finished eating. When asked to wait for us to finish the food, he threw the chips (placed in a net-like basket) on the table!!! We were like WTH is going on? When he returned the change for the bill, we found out that he had already taken his tips!!! ( more than the usual, polite 10 %). I don't recommend this place. They should close down.

Good food and good variety but unfortunately the staff can be a little inflexible. I asked for a chicken sandwich and when they started stuffing the bread roll with fries I asked them to stop and put the fries on the plate. This seemed to stretch the cook to the very limits of his good will and it took a fair bit of convincing to get him to fullfil a very reasonable request. They either need to train their staff better or improve their processes to ensure their customer service is at the same level as their good food.
