I booked this hotel as it’s in a great location and only 10 minutes walk from where I needed to get picked up for a day tour. Check in was easy, even though I had to wait a while as a big group arrived just before I did and there was only one receptionist working. You have to pay a tourist tax but it was only 30 lei for 3 nights so very cheap. The hotel interior is very nice and looks fresh and clean. I stayed in room 201. It was a lovely room with a double bed. I had a bit of trouble with the heating and the air con. I just couldn’t win, one night it was too hot in the room the next too cold. I was surprised to see that the room had 2 mini balconies! The only thing with the room was that the floor had a few dirt marks on it that weren’t from me. Also if you’re staying in this hotel bring ear plugs as there’s a noisy road straight outside. Check out was easy I just handed over the room card and that was it. I don’t have breakfast on my stay but I must say the smell wafting into my room smelled great. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing hotel in a great location. Staff are nicest I've met in along time and so helpful. I will definitely come back to stay and would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. Breakfast was great and had enough choice.

Our only complaint is the slamming of doors and no soundproofing of rooms (there were twins in the next room that screamed nonstop). There are gaps under the door so you do hear everything.

Hotel with a grate location. Close to the parlament and old town. Lots of restaurants within a short walk. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the large room. Breakfast was ok, but could be a little better

An absolutely wonderful hotel, with exceptional customer service, especially from Adrian every morning at breakfast, who was always smiling and a real pleasure to speak with and also his lovely wife Katarina at the front desk, who was also delightful and exceptionally friendly... A real credit to the hotel

Great food. Very traditional. Went for lunch and everything was great, and not too crowded, with mainly locals having late lunches. Quiet and nice environs. Good service. The surrounding neighborhood also has a few great little coffee shops and stores. Worth a visit.
