Excellent service and breakfast. I liked The neighbourhood also, park lake mall is close and IOR Park. The price was very good , if you call them directly they offer a better price than any other platform.

If you need a place in sector 3 this is a very good hotel. Very clean , great breakfast options, a nice restaurant near by if you don’t want to eat at the hotel.

AC is Wery old and not working properly
This Hotel maximum 3 star, how Thei got 4 star and Wy i don't know. Wery simple breakfast.... CARPET needs to be replaced, furniture needs to be clean or replaced too. It is ok for 1 night, no more..

Unprofessional and rude staff from the front desk 😡😡😡Not refund you even if you notify them FEW days in advance. They refused to rebook the room for other date, refund policy is missing from their website. POLICY 🤣"You not coming, you lose the money.". A/C is old and doesn't cool off the room, especially with these high temperatures in Bucharest, also smell of sigars everywhere. We booked room with double bed BUT WE RECEIVED ROOM WITH TWO SINGLE BADS, WITHOUT ANY APOLOGISE. I will not recommend and never want to hear of them anymore.

BEWARE! DO NOT pay at the counter , always pay through booking platforms, as they will not refund you even if you notify them 3 days in advance. The refund policy is missing from their website, and when you challenge their staff, they say there is no refund policy: "You not coming, you lose the money.". SCAMMERS, unprofessional and rude staff, A/C is old and doesn't cool off the room, especially with these high temperatures in Bucharest. I will not recommend and never want to hear of them anymore. They don't deserve their "stars"

Clean and well located hotel. It's easy to get to and secure parking is fine. The staff is very friendly, customer oriented and always available. I recommend it with confidence. I will come here in the future.
