CAN BE BETTER, TOO NOISY

Was dreading going here from the reviews I’d read but honestly had a lovely stay.
We had the deluxe suit and thought it was lovely the staff went above and beyond with everything.
For what I paid and considering it’s România I really believe the hotel was worth the money only thing is I’d recommend they did English food as an option especially on breakfast.

Air condition didn't work as it should.

OMG!!!! That's impossible. For 4 ⭐️!!! deteriorated interior, loud noise outside, air conditioning does not work, only the fan, I do not recommend it to families who want to sleep at night! For 90€ I should have been able to sleep at least 4 hours, right ? Sorry !

Lovely hotel
Stayed 2 nights. All amenities required are available. Fridge, kettle, even slippers and dressing gown...
Quite a good selection available for breakfast and staff on hand for any assistance required
Bed comfy... only downside is the outside noise but not in the hotel's control

It is not a 4 star that's clear ! Spa they said is under maintenance..i dont rhink but anyway ...breakfast a la carte ...the restaurant is only open for breakfast not other moment in the day . Is not like the phoenicia quality that we expected. The heating sistem does nor work in some rooms we had to change the room and finally still used an electric heater ( that also affecter the electricity )

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! A street-side hotel for over $100 is worse than a hotel in a county town in China. The environment is very noisy, the hygiene is extremely poor, and there are cockroaches inside. The Filipino housekeepers are not cleaning in a timely manner. The floor is not cleaned for several days. Two bottles of water a day are not enough. Even after asking for it, they still make excuses. I highly do not recommend it! Avoid this pitfall!!!

The daily check-in fee is more than 120 euros，As a 4 star hotel, the price is seriously inflated.
Bottled water was not provided enough daily.
Towels were not replaced in a timely manner.
Toilet paper was not provided in time.
The grounds were not cleaned at all from check in to check out and were in very poor condition.
The smell of the toilet makes people feel uncomfortable.

Spent 3 nights at this resort earlier this month and it was a great stay! We paid for an upgrade to the oceanfront cabana, which was worth the price. The beach views, calm ocean and ability to watch the sunset on our patio were highlights of the trip! The hotel restaurant was exceptional, not only because every meal we enjoyed had a variety of options and was flavorful but also because the prices were so reasonable for an oceanfront resort! The entire island and resort were a lot more laid back and calm than other touristy coastal front towns in the southeast, but that may in part due to it being early March. I'd imagine there's a bit more traffic during high seasons, but either way, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended!
