Great place to stay with family or group. There are many attractions nearby. 2 minutes walk to shops, market and dining. Sauna and swimming pool on the estate. View of the damn finger from the terrace and windows

I was very pleased with the room, everything was done as if for oneself, very thoroughly. There is everything you need including a large refrigerator, microwave, kettle and even a small kitchen right in the room

In less than a minute walk, the Katun River and stunning views of the banks extending into the distance. We liked it and we came here for the second time to relax. While I have time I am writing this review

Nice area with a private pool and a large shared kitchen, barbecue area. Another building with numbers is being built nearby, but so I only remembered this at the time of writing the review

The studio is excellent, there is a small kitchen and its own bathroom with a shower screen, a large bed and a sofa bed. The room is clean, comfortable

Now there is a lake or rather a pond in the form of a soaring falcon, you can see it from the gazebo of the health trail, really cool! (moreover, the eagle pond is visible even in winter)

The base is being prepared in the normal mode for the new summer season, while the usual trainings are being held at the base, and groups, for the time of rest from classes, rush with dry packs to the radial exits, storming the observation heights

An artificial swimming pool, an Altai view, a nomadic yurt are being built at an accelerated pace, a tent for master classes in needlework and pottery has been set up, and the dining room is expanding to the size of a cafe into several halls

By the way, the topic with gazebos, now there is it on a rock and the entrance is from the base, it’s also great there, especially in the evening or at night when the base is lit! Well, throughout the territory the base is being transformed

Large area, with a huge garden, apiary. Houses for every taste, both pine and cedar, are equipped with everything you need. What a cool pool, but not one! Very tasty food in the cafe

I and my colleagues liked the cottage very much, when we arrived there were small complaints about the cleanliness of the floor, but the owner of the cottage quickly solved them. Everything was just great.

The only negative is the pool inside, very cold water and dirty, the smell is disgusting. And so, in general, it’s not bad to relax with a big company

Spacious cottage with lots of space, had a great anniversary there

Mayma, VIP Cottage on the banks of the Katun. You can relax on weekends, celebrate holidays. Green lawn, barbecue, large veranda outside

Excellent location: within walking distance of the Katun coast where you can spend time and have a picnic; 20 minutes from the Lake Aya estate, be prepared for a steep incline and ascent, but it's worth it (you can go either through the souvenir market, or from the ascent to Lake Abyss; all the necessary infrastructure is at hand: shops, cafes, entertainment; as well not far from the pedestrian bridge...

I'll start with the main thing - the warm and hospitable owners of the estate Olga and Alexander, thank you for your warm welcome and most importantly a cozy house with amenities (toilet and shower are not available in all houses / rooms, bed linen and towels are included, and minimal hygiene products, no brushes and pasta) and a separate kitchen (full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and utensils...

On the territory of the guest house there is everything you need from a barbecue to the pool, a swing on the lawn and a kitchen-gazebo to each house (depending on the type of accommodation) where you can eat in privacy and in silence

A full-fledged real Russian bath with brooms for a nominal fee (highly recommended). It is better to book in advance, since there are practically no places there during the season. But there are also exceptions

Everything's OK!!! Cleanliness and order, the owners are good, friendly! Nature is nearby - a river from the house about 150 meters, a lake 300. We will definitely return to these beautiful places !!!

We also liked the location: it was quiet, cozy and quiet, 800 meters from Lake Aya, 100 meters from the Katun River and everything you need within walking distance - cafes, shops and tourist spots
