Perfect place! We rented a VIP house here for 4 days. We arrived for work. The administrator is just gold! We are very satisfied. Very clean and comfortable. The VIP house has a separate parking lot.

The pool is very nice! The water is warm, the children liked it! Rooms will be cleaned at your request. Recommended for families with children

Everything is so good! But there are small flaws in the room. The shower cubicle is a terrible thing. Restaurant, the price is very high

The pluses are that the price and quality correspond, of the minuses that the barbecue area is not equipped with water supply, therefore, when cooking, you have to wear everything and the place of the barbecue area is far from the gazebos, so I removed one star

The hotel consists of several log houses (similar to cedar). Rooms with large enough balconies, heated rooms and all the necessary amenities

The territory has its own heated mini-pool and just GREAT cuisine! To Lake Aya - 5 minutes walk

Great hotel, huge 2-bed rooms at a reasonable price. Strict, practical style in everything. Well-groomed, not overloaded with anything superfluous territory. The presence of well-maintained (really) barbecue areas

The area, of course, is tratatushki tra-ta-ta, but here it’s either like that, or nature and a house without amenities) with rare exceptions

Perfect cleanliness. Modern spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. And most importantly bed linen and pillows and blankets. Not the same as in the whole Altai. Just luxury.

The norms of the hotel, the room is large and with the norms of the situation - a rarity for Altai

In general, I liked everything, I would recommend for a family vacation: + clean, all cleaned + there is a nice pool that is cleaned every day + sun loungers, hammocks, swings + there is a restaurant that really serves delicious food But there are also disadvantages: - there is absolutely nowhere to dry things, for example, after the pool

For this, they made village gazebos without light in the forest. As if showing that you are outside the hotel. - take the tee for the socket into the room. As if it was a pity to put 4 ~ 5 sockets

- waiters! A separate vat in hell must have been prepared for them. 3 waiters can serve one table, but they won't fit yours. They do not know the menu, what and how much is being prepared

We offered them that we would order decent food from them to sit and celebrate with good wine, but we were refused. Better to have empty spaces than satisfied customers ~ guests

Then they bring another dish to the one who eats, and again 2 watch how one eats. - no one from the staff greets or smiles. The administration door is always closed

Kind owners, very caring. The food is in the adjacent yard, in the small dining room.

Perfect place. Not expensive and comfortable. The rooms shower, toilet.

Everything is fine. Cozy room. Nice, well-groomed area. Polite staff

We really enjoyed. Warm, comfortable, clean. The hostess is very friendly.

Cool place for family holidays

We were the second time in a gap of 5 years, everything was like the first time, we stayed in a cottage, everything is clean, tidy, comfortable, like the owners of this base, decent well-mannered people, next time we will stop here

But this is a really great base! Right on the banks of the Katun, cozy houses, everything is clean, tidy, the toilets / showers are perfectly clean, the dishes creak - I can’t even believe that such cleanliness can be at the base

The best base, in a birch grove, the birds are singing, the houses smell like wood, the bathhouse, showers, it's very good to have a rest with children, friends, and the owners are so hospitable, delighted

At the same time, it is not on the highway itself, but in the depths, closer to the river. Will definitely be back and won't even look for anything else!! THANK YOU!!! Don't give my house away to anyone

Nice place, where you can stay with your family. Can rent a house or a room. WC and shower in separate building. Have a tent dining room. There are a lot of trees in the area.

My favorite place on the Aiskiy Lake is "Wild Beach". Nice beach, clear warm water. It's clean and cozy. There is a parking place for a car, an opportunity to put up a tent, a small trade.

A wonderful camp site for a family vacation, the territory has all the conditions for a good rest, we can say that you don't have to go anywhere! We rested at this base in early August 2019. I was outraged by the fact that the workers were covering the roof of the utility block with slate, respectively, the knock of a hammer, the noise of a grinder

We stayed for a week, during this time we never did not clean anything, and did not even change the towels, although it certainly could have been done at least once. Hence my assessment of a weak C grade

Gentlemen who govern the Heart of Altai, this is NOT the NORM! The state of the food directly depends on the state of the cook! sooo hope there are dishwashers! or not? also one dishwasher, working for wear and tearing all the guests? if so, it is generally unpleasant

There is also an outdoor pool, which is also good, but it cannot be compared with the magnificent Katunya! Housing prices are affordable, there are different categories. All buildings and benches are in good condition

Guests should have seen that everything is sterile - by the way, this is a normal practice for catering! and even more so for a tourist base. Simple, healthy menu: just rice, just borsch, fish in the oven
