Quite good hotel, service is able speaking english and quite helpful for me. The hotel is clean with cozy rooms: fridge included, fair, modern furniture and such a pretty bathroom. Another advantage is the oppurtunity to park in the parking house. It is in the middle of the centrum, under 5 minutes footwalk to the supermarket, shopping malls or restaurants..Highly recommended!

They have a shuttle service from the airport, its at your own expense but it's a private driver that is very polite, drives very nice and has a confortable car.

Okay hotel. Thin walls, easily can overhear conversations in the next room or hallway. The room was kind of cold and was no way to adjust the temperature since the are no thermostats in the room.

Probably one of the better hotels in Sheregesh but i doubt we'll be back to this property. Better options are out there.

A completely new hotel in the center of Kazan. Close to the Kremlin, all restaurants, pedestrian street. We slept in complete silence on very comfortable mattresses with snow-white linen. The car was parked in the free parking lot near the hotel entrance. We'll come again.
I recommend the place - a new modern apart hotel, expensive comfortable mattresses on the beds, a large TV with a bunch of channels and an affordable price for Kazan. Free parking is available upon request and, in general, the staff is very customer-oriented. We will definitely come again.
I came on a business trip to Kazan for a few days and stayed at this hotel. Everything in the rooms is new. Comfortable mattresses, modern digital TVs with plenty of channels, proper hotel curtains that completely block out light and sounds from the street. Just perfect for a good night's sleep after a hard day's work. I recommend.
The hotel occupies one floor in a residential building. Everything is new, very clean. Kitchen with a set of imaginary dishes (frying pan, saucepan, ladle, spatula. Cutlery, plates, cups for two persons). There is a stove, microwave and refrigerator, kettle, tea bags, sugar, napkins, drinking water (two bottles each), replenished every day, as well as dishwashing detergent and a sponge for dishes....

I opted for Panorama because it is close to work and provides a comfortable stay. Wonderful views of the evening Moscow, convenient location, sensitive staff, comfortable rooms. It is possible to find a parking place if you are driving. On the ground floor there is a market where you can buy snacks or ingredients for cooking, because the rooms have kitchens.

the last day there was no hot water and the water system had a problem. we could not use the shower and the toilet which is a very basic need from a room.
There was no clear instructions to the property. We couldn’t find anyone who could at least help us navigating to the hotel until midnight 12. The hotel people are not cooperative too.
