- Breakfast was in a separate bar outside the building, quite limited selection of dishes. For 2-3 days ok. No Parking - huge minus for us Only one out 6 calls to reception mobile number where answered, no phone landline in the room. We left the hotel at 7 am at 12 we received a phone call about prolonging the room, what was really strange.

The apart-hotel is located in the very center of Sochi, the walking part of NavagInskaya street. Walking distance from the railway station, 10 minutes to the sea. All possible infrastructure is available.
