Shower was dirty, on of the towels had a big red stain (seriously guys!???) and they charge you for extra shower gel (30ml) which they give for free only the first day (we stayed 5 nights).

The hotel is quiet and 100% safe. Cleanliness is 100/109, but keep in mind that cleaning only happens after a certain period. However, they are extremely helpful. Its location is relatively far from Red Square; it's about a 39-minute walk or a 15-minute drive. It's close to the metro, which makes getting around convenient. Its location on the map is incorrect, and this isn't unique to the hotel.
