- Towels and bed sheets are very very very old. Even when it is clean it looks dirty

Excellent value for money. And a very nice bonus that the rooms have an iron and ironing board. Who cares... But I like shirts.. and I don't like crumpled things. And walking around looking for an ironing room on the floors is still a pleasure)

Excellent hotel! My room was comfortable and bright. Each time, after work, he returned to a fresh room, as if he had just stopped by. An excellent bathroom, a comfortable shower room, and optimally hot water flows from the tap, without the risk of getting burned. Breakfast buffet, top quality. Near the hotel Gostiny Dvor, many cafes and restaurants for every taste. For a visitor like me, this was the best choice.

Excellent service and location. Much better than the local hampton by hilton. Breakfast is cheaper than holidayinn samara. Parking is free, unlike Samara

Excellent hotel with excellent location. Clean spacious rooms with good ventilation (very important for me). Tea and coffee are included. Breakfast is just wonderful, but why not add some of the national Bashkir dishes or culinary? And there must be koumiss. All in all, I will definitely come here again.

the rooms are fine but the restaurant is a disaster. the servers are beginners, they do not speak English and the dishes take between 30 min and 45 min to arrive. I worked in Ufa and the locals confirmed this opinion to us. otherwise, other than the burgers, the food is good.

I want to thank the whole team of the Holiday Inn. Will respond to any request and never say no to you. Special thanks for provided service managers Marat and Rosano and staff of reception and restaurant , which can be converted, even at 3am with any request.
And yet , a few bonus pounds from the restaurant you provided. Breakfast buffet is quite diverse and the chef will personally cook you Breakfast in the open kitchen.
