- No electrical outlet near the bed
The administrator behaved extremely incorrectly and unprofessional. At first, they could not find our reservation, even running into us, that we booked too late, and we confirmed everything in the booking, accepted - did a favor. Later they gave the keys, but the door did not open, while you are being told in words which number is yours. We went down again to make the keys. As a result, we check in, and the room was dirty, there were personal belongings of another person, despite the fact that there was a pandemic.
In horror, we booked a place in another hotel, calmly asked for a refund, to which the administrator brazenly replied that we had no right to refund the money. The mood is just awful, although we came here so cheerful and happy, expecting a rest.
The employees themselves work without protective equipment
The hotel is very untidy, very dirty, it smells of old times. Better to spend the night in a hostel, or in Azimut)) it is much cleaner and more pleasant there.
