Beautiful botanical garden in the courtyard of the hotel. Surprised and pleased. The bar is excellent, very nice waiters, the cuisine is excellent. The rooms were not, as we stopped to relax on the beach near the hotel. But visually and on the impressions of communicating with the staff, I thought that everything is fine here. Right now they are doing MAJOR renovations to the place. After they finish it should be SUPER nice. However, in the mean time there is a lot of construction, noise, dirt, etc. Easily within walking distance of the enbankment/center of the city (10-15min). Also, not terribly located for travel by microbus to most of the tourist sites. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were small...

This place is a hidden gem in Simferopol. It's the cheapest place I stayed while on my honeymoon in crimea, and it was the nicest for sure. The staff was helpful. The room was very reasonably priced and was VERY nice especially considering the cost. It looks kinda sketchy from the street, but it is super nice. The breakfast, although costly (50 UAH/person) was very tasty and filling. Don't ask...

Many thanks to the hotel director and the lovely girl at the reception for their hospitality and good nature. Everything is so homely and humanly. My boyfriend and I rested for a week in a tent in the forest and came to sleep before the road, to wash things here. We were greeted, accommodated, discounted on laundry and given a free 2nd breakfast. It was unexpectedly nice and sweet)
