Nice boarding house, beautiful area, clean, white comfortable bed. The staff is friendly. The location is far from the embankment, but every 20 minutes there is a minibus to the center (stop at the veterinary clinic). Taxi in the city on average 250 rubles. Near the cable car station. So there was no problem getting there. I'm taking off a star for the cramped bathroom - we had a family two-room suite, and the bathroom couldn't be turned around. And there were really not enough hooks for towels, they dried them on the doors ((And for breakfast in the restaurant, there was not at least some (albeit instant) coffee, and tea only with additives. Well, very much an amateur. Otherwise, there were pleasant impressions from visiting Yalta and living in this place!

Well, so-so. The restaurant is expensive. A mug of tea costs 150 rubles. And packaged. If you look at the location, then the views of nature are beautiful.

Admins are boors, I booked a room, but I didn’t get a clear answer to any question, I canceled the reservation. Management do something from the services, I want to come from the photos, but when communicating and clarifying questions, all desire disappears completely, you lose your rating.

Right now they are doing MAJOR renovations to the place. After they finish it should be SUPER nice. However, in the mean time there is a lot of construction, noise, dirt, etc. Easily within walking distance of the enbankment/center of the city (10-15min). Also, not terribly located for travel by microbus to most of the tourist sites. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were small and nothing special really, but it's a comfortable place to sleep.

This establishment does not meet the minimum requirements of the hospitality business. The owner of the hotel does not know what hospitality is! And in an orderly tone, he communicates with the guests, tells them what to do, and in addition spreads his hands😨. Room cleaning is irregular. Bedding is changed only when they want. The restaurant located on the ground floor receives guests on weekends and the guests are forced to listen to music at night. The staff is not all, but there are some people who are rude to guests! Treat with arrogance! The administrator (Marina Alexandrovna) does not issue a book of reviews and suggestions on demand. We had to wait 50 minutes. The book is filled with violations (no pagination), so I think all negative reviews are deleted. Conclusion: not only do you not want to stay in this motel, but it is life-threatening!
