It shouldn't be blamed on the staff, they are all kind and nice people, and students who work in the tourist season. The problem goes to the management. Should've been hiring more people and well training

Many new building wooden flats, warm swimming pool. But the expansion goes too fast, lacking of manpower is a serious problem

It seems it would be better to stay at another place and come here just for a couple of hours for hot spring pools

The downside, contrair to what they stated, there is no WiFi in the cabins - and 4G coverage is limited. Where I value 2 things in a location; a good bed and warm shower, they missed out on the last one

Very nice place, 4stars hotel, restaurant, guest house, bath complex. Now there is a winter entertainment: 2 toboggan on Tubing, 2 rink ( hockey and free skating). All equipment ( skates, skis, tubing) can be rented
