Ample parking, Close to The beach, Park and airport for a budget stay and shared Accommodation it's super comfortable

Perfect for a family, a little bit far from Sochi park but with the bus in 10 minutes you will be there.

Of the minuses, it is worth noting, katastroficheski shortage of sun loungers and umbrellas on the hotel beach! Dear administration of hotel, well really it is impossible to provide everyone with umbrellas and sunbeds??? Parents with children are forced to literally take a turn and make trouble out of place under the sun! Although the beach is great, enough room for everyone

The hotel grounds are beautiful and spacious. There are entertainers, playgrounds, a pond with ducks and fish, and swimming pools. The room is clean. The only downside is the noise.

800-900 meters to the sea, 4 seasons to the dining room - 400 m. I recommend eating in 4 seasons, excellent dining room (price and quality). In general, I liked the rest, everyday life, the sun! Recommend

A good view of the mountains from the window, it is far from the sea on foot, but you can take an electric scooter from the checkpoint at 10 Corps

This is qualitative and organised time traveler straight to USSR. Cozy atmosphere of great Soviet times and movies. The Hotel is creating feeling of something great and majestic

But this is authentic three stars, which is more interesting than any standard worldwide brand with four or five stars

It's usually hard to find a room for one, but everything here was just great! Cleanliness, warmth even in strong winds, service in case of minor problems (clogged sink) - just super, everything was quickly and clearly eliminated

Very clean and quiet, everything is within walking distance. I did not even switch on the TV in my room even once for all 8 days, there were enough other entertainments

If someone comes with children, then there are special entertainment clubs for them. One of my best winter holidays! I will definitely come back in May

We went after reading negative reviews with low expectations. Perhaps these reviews turned out to be irrelevant for us, because we rested out of season, or maybe because we never look for minuses on purpose

They settled us in 15 minutes, the second building. Yes, the rooms are tired, but everything is clean, everything worked, nothing fell off. Cleaned up and took out the trash every day. Towels were changed at our request

It turned out that the boiler room was out of order over the weekend. But since Wednesday, things have improved. The water was exceptionally fine, even hot in the Karlovy Vary pool

We took an ultra all inclusive ticket, so we had access to intermediate food points and a water park. Because vouchers were ultra, then towels were changed after 2 days, cleaning every day

In general, the holiday turned out great. Recommend for off season holiday. If you've only stayed in luxury hotels before, then you won't like it here. If you like everything to be perfect, then you will not like it here

The room is a triple room with three single beds. The bedding is clean and tidy. An elderly German woman comes daily to clean and change the trash bags, and replenishes three bottles of mineral water

There is no kettle in the room, but there is a hot water dispenser in the hallway where you can get hot water for free. Breakfast is a buffet from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. They even replenish breakfast at 9:30 AM

Convenient transportation; subway lines 3 and 4 are right outside. A bus stop is just a few meters to the right after exiting the hotel. Petersburg's attractions are within easy reach

Guys, this is an amazing hotel! You can relax here in any season. There are heated pools and saunas, a free shuttle to Rosa Khutor during ski season, and so on

I have been staying at this hotel 4 times a year since 2020 and I have never been dissatisfied. The service is probably the best in Sochi, the food in the hotel restaurants and at breakfast is simply gorgeous
