- 1 thing that I didn't liked, I had cough and I asked for water, the restaurant girl offered me a bottled water and charged 200 rubles.. at least a sip of water should be free

+ Amazing Property, very very helpful staff, had great experience. Truly the best Russian hospitality. The special shout out for the front desk staff members who went out of the way to help me, translate for me, and arrange for all my absurd demands. They helped from shopping to food options, I am really thankful to the staff of city center hotel. 10/10 excelent breakfast we equipped My special thank to the staff members to make this a special few days- 1 thing that I didn't liked, I had cough and I asked for water, the restaurant girl offered me a bottled water and charged 200 rubles.. at least a sip of water should be free

- As a foreigner, you can not use foreign bank cards and can not buy rubles if the banks are closed. I think there should be solution in reception for cash exchange...

Undoubtedly my worst hotel experience. Upon arrival at 4.40am, we were told that their booking system is not working properly and that our room was not available. Out of 10 rooms that we booked for the extra night before, we were offered 5 rooms. We were told that all rooms will be ready in 1 hour. After our long flight and having fully paid for the prior night, we had to wait for the hotel to clean the early checkout room. We called the day earlier to reconfirm everything and was told that it's all good. This overbooking policy is totally unacceptable.
We asked to see the general manager and were conveniently told that they cannot contact him. When as to see the supervisor they told that he wasn't at the hotel. In the end we had to wait for guests to checkout until we get the room.
Worst come to worst they did not offer anything other than for us to wait. Not even water. When requested to be reaccommodated they offered to put us in ibis. I can't believe this hotel deserve to use the Marriott brand.

Excellent! I stayed in a single room overlooking the road. Generally no complaints. All liked it!!! The staff is top notch! Always in touch, responsive, responsible. The maids are cleaned qualitatively.

Excellent hotel. Highly recommend. For the current conditions, the hotel is inexpensive, the level of service would be compared with Hilton hotels. The rooms are quiet, there is tea, coffee, sugar, cream, very clean, bright and equipped with everything you need. The hotel itself is conveniently located in the city center and at the same time in a quiet enough place. The morning breakfast has a very large assortment and will please adherents of both a hearty breakfast and proper nutrition.

The hotel is excellent. Would have liked a little more variety for the breakfast. I noticed a strange thing, the air conditioner worked all day and the bed was damp in the evening, it would seem that the condo was supplemented to dry the air, but it turned out the other way around. Very polite and helpful staff. Good room cleaning. I recommend

Excellent hotel. The level of service - as always with Marriott - is on top. The deluxe room has a large comfortable double bed, 4 pillows, two armchairs, a coffee table, a large table, a TV, a kettle and a coffee / tea set (no disposable cups and did not find a corkscrew), a safe. Ironing board and iron in the room. The fridge is empty (not stuffed with 'mini-bar') - which is a plus for me. The bathroom has a large sink and shower. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Had a great rest!
