Decent hotel. Ideal to stay for a couple of days. The rooms are clean, there is a kettle, fridge, toiletries are updated every day.
Didn't try the breakfasts, but there is a cafe downstairs.
The location is far from the city center, but public transport is nearby + many routes.
For ourselves, the only drawback was the lighting in the room and bathroom. I would like a little brighter light bulb)

We liked our room number 33. I will note the cleanliness both in the room and in the hotel as a whole. The room is small but compact. There is a refrigerator, LCD TV, towels, shampoo, shower gel. Most of the admins are responsive. The hotel is small, you can't hear the neighbors behind the wall. There is a recreation room on the 2nd floor. You can leave your belongings in a closed place for a while after check-out. The location is convenient. The hotel area is without garbage, everything is clean and tidy. Nearby there is a bus stop where many different buses stop, plus there is a beautiful small park nearby. Supermarket shops are far away. Nearby there is a household chemicals store, draft drinks and a pizzeria.
Of the minuses, a problematic refrigerator that constantly leaks - as a result, the products had to be hidden in packages, they were constantly damp. And I will note the strong noise outside the window in the morning, since the window / balcony overlooked the road and a very busy part

Nice place to spend a couple of nights in the city, located 10 minutes by taxi from Rybnaya village. The room is normal, no surplus. From the fact that I did not like this noise from the road and if you forget to open the window before leaving, then upon returning it will smell of dampness. Breakfast was included, 5 breakfast options were offered, you need to come up in advance, choose the appropriate option and say the time of arrival for breakfast. The cheesecakes were delicious, although slightly burnt :)

Stayed in the hotel from 30 June to 5 July, the staff are friendly, settled instantly, no delay was booked through the Internet. paid on check in card. The room is spacious, clean, quiet area, bus stop 5 minutes walk, not regretted. Responsible staff, rooms cleaned every day, bed linen changed every 2 days. Good, inexpensive hotel.

Not a bad hotel, at first it seemed to us that it was not in a very convenient location, but after dealing with public transport (which is very well organized in Kaliningrad) it turned out to be 3 bus stops to the main transport artery (southern station and bus station).
We had a superior room, comfortable bed, refrigerator, TV, kettle with tea accessories. Bathroom with shower, water pressure is good and temperature too. Room 37 has a balcony, although it was not useful to us. During our stay (May holidays), the hotel had heating and it was very warm, we often opened a window for ventilation, there is a mosquito net on the opening part.
Breakfast costs 300 rubles and you need to order a choice of several options.
A little overshadowed by the stay is not the friendliness, but rather the indifference of the staff to the residents, more precisely to us. This hotel is populated by groups of packers, they were treated better, either because they are transported in large groups, or they do not want to spoil relations with those who carry them, yet this is the hotel's income. But to us as independent travelers somehow.
The hotel has a cafe, well, as it is due to the pandemic, it is not, and the chef comes only to prepare breakfast, but before, as they said, there was good cuisine and you could have breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The general impression of the hotel and its location is positive, for its 3 stars it is quite enough.

Great conditions for the money. Cheap food, there is Wi-Fi but not always catches. The only negative is a residential area of the city, dark as night in the forest.

So... disagree. I live in Tikhoretsk, in the new house. And it's easy for me to drive to ride (around the school 17). There is a shorter road to the entrance to the bridge. Home high-quality TV. In short, the hotel terrible quality. It helps to buy in each room •PREFIX• for 2 thousand rubles, and life will be filled with bright colors!!!!!
