Great location, cozy and quiet area. Lots of trees and fresh air. The hotel itself is a reconstructed building from the early 20th century. Mansion. And around, a whole area of similar old buildings. I really liked the hotel. There is parking. Great cozy rooms. The rooms have everything: a bathrobe, slippers, a minibar, a bunch of cosmetic accessories, a disposable brush, a razor, a comb, and more. Attentive staff. Good breakfast. The only negative is that the restaurant was only open until 4:00 pm. But this, I believe, in connection with the coronavirus. And so he was very pleased.

Best Hotel in Kaliningrad! Super nice rooms, excellent service, clean, cosy, quiet... I highly recommend this place. Location wise very good! Very close to the city center but far enough not to be disturb by car and traffic sound.

SMILE is funny in many ways; if you don’t take it too seriously you’ll have a great stay. Do bear in mind that it’s about a 30 min walk to central Kaliningrad from this hotel. Atmospheric place! Definitely immerses you in an Italian mood. Elegant style of the hotel, exquisite restaurant. All this somehow obliges you to change the environment. A pleasant lounge area behind the hotel with a fountain will hide you from the bustle of the city. The area itself is quite quiet and is more suitable for a measured and leisurely rest!
