I really liked the hotel. Incredibly polite and hospitable staff. Very cozy rooms (robes, slippers, kettle, iron - everything available. Super!). Very tasty breakfasts. If you booked the hotel without breakfast, you can pay on the spot. Cost per person - 950 rubles. Champagne for breakfast is included 😁😁😁. There are 2 restaurants at the hotel. Very tasty stroganina from bonito!
The hotel is very good, the staff is attentive, there are two restaurants with excellent cuisine, the location is good, all the sights are close. The only thing is that they require a QR code everywhere and upon check-in, unfortunately, we were not warned about this in all the shopping centers. Otherwise, everything was very pleasant. That rare case when I liked literally everything! The location is excellent, beautiful, quiet, the room is comfortable and relatively spacious, the view is stunning. Disappointing right out of the gate. We rented 2 rooms for a week, chose this hotel because we wanted average European quality and service. Right away it became clear that this place was not it when at registration they could not advise me where to change the currency ($) or at least qprovide any guidance on this issue as my US cards won’t work. I liked the location, good breakfasts, cleanliness of the room and friendly staff, quiet air-conditioned room. Corresponds to the declared living conditions. Nearby there is a public transport stop, shops, the Amber Museum.
Very good 3* hotel. Breakfast is very very good. Omlet, porridge, pastry, cold buffet. Good vaiority of tea and espresso. Rooms are with very good bathroom. Towels being changed every day. But this is 3*. Don't expect a lot from rooms. Also no elevators and it was a bit difficult for me to get 3d floor by staircase.
Great place. Friendly staff. Delicious Breakfast buffet! Recommend!
And I think that the fussiest of eaters will always find downsides. Okay. And beds and blankets. The only thing annoying is a transparent door to the toilet? What's the plan?
