It's conveniently located to the towns few offerings of restaurants, siteseeing, and market

There are newly renovated and old rooms. The second floor is definitely new, and the fifth floor is old. The service staff is very good! There are many large supermarkets and restaurants nearby

Okay, agree with the previous reviewer, this is about as good as it gets in the regions in Russia. It is clean and comfortable, and probably the best hotel in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatskiy

It's still okay, after all it's average and close to the city. This city is pretty good and the hotel service is also OK. The sanitation is quite clean and the facilities are average.

The hotel is a Soviet-era building. The lobby is spacious but the room is too small. The service attitude is very good and it is very convenient to go out.

The seafood market is downstairs of a large restaurant nearby. The bus is super convenient and fast, faster than a taxi

The downside, contrair to what they stated, there is no WiFi in the cabins - and 4G coverage is limited. Where I value 2 things in a location; a good bed and warm shower, they missed out on the last one

Relaxing location with small cute cabins to stay in. They are currently renovating the location. The restaurant serves tasty food for fair prices

It is a bit challenging to drive to the location, but if you stay here for a couple of days that is ok. They have a heated outside swimming pool

Well designed outside space; has a big deep pool for adults; 1 hot tub; and kids area with couple of water slides. Also a nice restaurant- is right there too

It shouldn't be blamed on the staff, they are all kind and nice people, and students who work in the tourist season. The problem goes to the management. Should've been hiring more people and well training

(now, July 2019) Table booked in the restaurant is not secured, having a simple dinner takes 2 hours. No one clean the rooms during the stay. Even nobody check the problems been told in the rooms
