Nice guest house, rooms are spacious, we had two rooms. The room has a huge plasma (in one room), air conditioning (also only in the bedroom), refrigerator, kettle, mugs, plate, table and one chair (they asked and brought 2 more chairs). Everything in the room is new, it is understandable, the hotel has been working for the first year.
The territory is not large, there is a pool with a compartment for children, it is noteworthy that it is heated !!!! There is also a barbecue area and four separate tables with chairs. In the evenings, the guests sat at the tables drinking and swimming, no one said a word.
The administrator, she and the maid, she and the tour, Marina is a very friendly woman, she works all season seven days a week, so she sometimes swears, but we treated it positively.
We liked everything.

Note that the balcony windows are directed north towards the road, a tad more noisy than we'd hoped for.
The place has an urban feel kind of.

A good haven in a picturesque place for a wonderful holiday! Cozy rooms with everything you need: TV, air conditioning, separate shower and toilet, clean towels, panoramic windows with a beautiful view. The hotel has a fully equipped kitchen-dining room with a refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, hookah, a large swimming pool with lighting, heated for the cold season, sun loungers, an equipped barbecue area, a children's trampoline, a slide and toys for the youngest visitors. The hotel provides bike and scooter rental for a fee. Silence, beauty and relaxation are guaranteed!

Great little hotel, clean, just built, warm pool, nice staff, there is a Wi-Fi, next to a bunch of delicious cafes and five minutes to the sea
