Beautiful place abd very well orgenized

An ideal place to relax. We rested during the autumn school holidays. We lived in a suite with a private terrace, she really saved)) you can be in the fresh air from the very morning. The room is wet cleaning and garbage removal daily. The receptionists were always quick to help with questions. The hotel restaurant is very good. There is not a bad dining room in this hotel, but we found a more interesting option. Hotel next to the sea, provide beach towels.

We are currently staying at this hotel. Everything is super, clean, tidy, friendly administrators, we didn’t see the maid, but the towels are fresh every day, the garbage is taken out, the floor is washed, special thanks to her. The cafe has a friendly helpful bartender, comfortable soft sofas, delicious cuisine (worthy Caesar salad and shrimp on magal). The sea is nearby, scooters are nearby. I recommend! Respect to management.

We rest here for the second time. The proximity to the sea attracts, when small children it is very important. In general, the hotel has remained at the same level as two years ago, when we rested here. We have breakfast included and this monotony of choice is starting to strain and become boring. I really like the exterior design of the restaurant, clean, aesthetically pleasing and affordable prices.

This is not the first time we have rested with our family. Very convenient location, the sea is close, to the Singing Fountains 15-20 minutes on foot. Rooms are a bit dark, but overall good, clean, daily cleaning. The food in the restaurant on the ground floor is excellent, the prices are also adequate. Courteous staff. Special thanks to Victoria, I will be glad to see you again :)

Booked online, made a payment, had indicated that they wished to settle in 14 hours, also said that going with a small child. Arrived at the hotel at 14:30. We are not settled, as was a big trip and did not have time to clean the room. Asked to wait an hour. I'll give credit, at my request, provided a temporary number. An hour passed, another. All this time we were expected by a couple of companies. In 5 hours you waited for your room. The room is sooooo dark!!! Normal lighting only in the toilet. Chandeliers on the ceiling. Only the night lamp on the bedside table and some paulana on the side of the wall. Actually, not counting the lighting, the hotel itself is not bad. There is a dining room, bar. Close to the sea. Pleasant and helpful staff. The next day we were upgraded to a comfort room without extra charge, which is very nice and deserves respect. In the same room promised to fix the lighting. Well so far only positive experience. From the original negative is no trace of PS. Light definitely need to fix.

The air conditioning was not working, damp in the room. Cleaning was performed in the presence of plates to clean the room as trash and towels. The view we had on some poor yard. In toilet walls or the mold, or dust. Had to scrub itself. The water in the shower goes very in some rooms. Dark, very little light in the room and in the bathroom.

Vacationing together with his wife. Expect to a higher level. I want to believe that all the problems were solved not by the fear of losing 30000₽, and the desire to be better.

1) Arrived at 6am and Check-in at 14:00. Asked to settle early. We were asked to pay the full amount plus the day - we refused. Waiting for check-in at 14:00.
2) 14:45. I apologize that the room is not ready. Solved our room quickly cleaned.
3) When booking pointed out, that the bed must be a double, not twin. not taken into account. Solved. mattress topper double. Plus compliment a bottle of Martini and fruit in the room.
4) When checking out we were not warned in advance for late check-out for 4 hours we paid another 3250 and lived another day.
CLEANING.
The room are cleaned every day, towels changed through time, the linen is changed every three days through the time Slippers at check-in)Leave valuable items should not be scary. Bed not made, the availability of toilet paper is not being followed.
ROOM.
The Level Of "Go". In the attic. Air conditioning, refrigerator, hot water from the shower. The toilet lid fell off, though it was repaired. There was a power outage. Skylight dirty. Wifi terrible.
FOOD.
Breakfast is included in the price. The choice is small and not tasty. Cafe is good, TVs everywhere in the dining room and café. Watched the world Cup) In a cafe, all delicious and the service at the 3, though, and from the heart. And in the cafe and in the dining room you can pay by card. This is a big plus for me.
LOCATION.
Great location - one minute to cool a civilized beach.
