If I could give a minus 10, I would. Our tour operator recommended it, advertised it, and we bought the ultra all-inclusive package.
We arrived on New Year's Eve. There really is no parking, only paid parking about 500 meters away. Never mind. We were greeted at reception with rudeness and understaffing. We went with my father, and he said it felt like they weren't expecting us. They gave us a daily program, but nothing was written down. There was no heated pool; I came by every day and they said they'd turn it on, but they didn't turn it on until we left. As for cinemas, instead of the actual theater, they tried to turn on a movie on a 50x70 TV on the second floor of another building, but it never turned on. I'll say right away that it would have been very cold to watch a movie, and it was very cold in the rooms. We were told, "What did you want on the 10th floor?" When we went to inquire about the program, the entertainer bluntly told us not to expect miracles. I was the only one who refused. Tell me, why did we even need that information? We paid a ton of money, and the program was worthless! When we arrived for the photo quest at 5:03 p.m., we were told he had left with Santa Claus. Any attempt to resolve anything at reception was unsuccessful. They arrogantly said, "We work here" and delegated responsibility to someone else. The trash in the room was never cleaned! This is disgusting and rude. Whenever I raised a complaint or asked a question, they listened to me in silence, then smiled and said, "Well, Happy New Year." This is outrageous. This is not normal, and I want everyone to know this. Before New Year's, about 100 people had dinner at a 6x7 meter a-la-bar. There were no plates, spoons, or mugs. Ultra all-inclusive. Never visit this place. We weren't the only ones who simply swore.

The food selection is minimal, tasteless, bland, and sometimes undercooked. The "juices" are extremely watered-down. Intermediate meals consist of mini sausage rolls, terrible pizza, and crackers, along with a single tasteless hot dish. The advertised desserts are the most ordinary pancakes and a bun from a kiosk. The cocktails are vodka mixed with cola and lemonade, mojitos, and terrible-tasting beer. There are pensioner-like ball games in the pool in the middle of the day, where you just wanted to swim peacefully. That's why the crowd there is over 40.
The pool smells terribly of chlorine and is not heated in any way. The water is terribly cold, and no one cleans the area around it, leaving glasses and spilled puddles.
The second elevator was out of order for several days, and until guests started complaining, no one did anything. The air conditioning in the room didn't work, and no one fixed it during the stay. In short, we arrived and already that day began to wait for the departure date, we met many of the same dissatisfied guests

We had a rest in July, I couldn't get around to writing a review, I'm making amends. The room was normal, they cleaned well, the maids were great, that's where the positive ended. The pool is heavily chlorinated, it even caused an allergy and my swimsuit faded in 2 days, the food was a quiet horror, the first 2 days we were happy with the variety, but as it turned out, we just got a change in the menu, every day the same food, yes, there is a lot of it, but it is cold and bland (I'm talking about side dishes), plus the food from lunch was for dinner, as a result, after 4 days we started eating in the city... Between main meals, a bar opened where you could eat cold pizza or the same pies. The alcohol is flat, the girls at the bar are great, they squeezed the maximum out of bad beer, so that there were at least some gases in it, a schoolboy at the pool pours alcohol on tap in advance, and in the heat it becomes warm in 10 minutes, I won't even mention the beer, you won't drink it. The alcohol is the cheapest, even a compliment from the hotel - a bottle of 300₽ is a laugh for the price we paid for a week's vacation. The administrators at the reception help with questions, respect to them. We gave our clothes for 300₽ to be washed, collected our white clothes, and they ruined them, they partially turned yellow... No animation, all the animation was limited to doing exercises in the pool, playing darts, that's all... We took part in a relax day, they advertised this day in TG, as a result they came with their inflatable mattresses, gave us 0.1 liters of "makhito" which you can get at the bar anyway, but the advertisement turned out beautiful... First and last visit to this hotel. By the way, they didn't clean their beach, we got our feet and swimsuit dirty in fuel oil, it's better to go to the high bank or the central one... Again, in the video from TG it's perfectly clean...
WiFi didn't work almost the whole week..

Good afternoon, we stayed from August 6th to 8th, 2025. Our impression of the hotel wasn't great. At reception, they only explained how to get to the elevator to our room. After that, we had to find the dining room and pools ourselves, asking passersby where.
The animation was poor; we played Mafia outdoors in the hottest part of the day. There was no shelter. My birthday is on August 7th. The entertainers congratulate birthday people on their birthdays without knowing where they are. I happened to be passing by!!!! (I'm serious! Accidentally!) and they congratulated me. If I hadn't been there, there wouldn't have been any congratulations or cake. At other hotels, the hotel congratulates the birthday person with a cake or champagne IN THE ROOM, knowing for sure that they will receive a gift. But here, it's somehow not serious.
All day on the 7th, some kind of station in the middle of the grounds was extremely noisy; it was difficult to communicate outside, so we had to go inside. The pool is only open until 8:30 p.m. in the summer, you can only enjoy the coolness of the pool after 8:00 p.m., but no, they forced you to leave.
In my room, they gave me one packet of shampoo and shower gel, but one packet wasn't enough to wash my hair. It didn't lather at all. Dear Director, please change your shampoo supplier. The bed linen is a pittance; instead of being white, it's gray, not from dirt, but from age. And the icing on the cake, of course, was the food!!! The buffet leaves much to be desired!!!! The cottage cheese casserole was disgusting. You could barely see the cottage cheese, just a gray, watery mess. The pastry was raw. I understand it was shortcrust pastry, and the entire bottom of the pastry was undercooked. The vareniki were also undercooked. The dough was raw, and all the vareniki on the tray looked like one mass, stuck together. It's impossible to eat pancakes with boiled condensed milk. When I contacted the administrator about the casserole and the raw cake, they told me that "actually, no one complains that it's a normal cottage cheese casserole (according to her, it was excellent) and, having agreed that the dough in the cake was raw, they did not remove it from the table. She did not apologize and generally behaved inappropriately, having the rights of an administrator. The selection is very poor, the cheeses are not tasty, and scraping the butter from the diarrhea with a knife is inconvenient! There are manufacturers that package butter in portions. 5 grams. On the 7th, the soda machine in the dining room did not work. On the morning of the 8th, they did not wash the floors near the pool and puddles of juices and beer dried and began to stick to shoes!!! I am attaching some photos. Oh yes, and they did not remove the dirty glasses from the room from the day of check-in. We drank pomegranate juice upon arrival, as soon as we brought our things into the room, and these glasses We had them from the 6th to the 8th!!! Dear Director, please pay attention to the quality of the products.
