Edelon Hotel in Anapa

We had a rest in June 2024.
Pros:
- the staff is super, everyone is competent and responsive.
- swimming pool
- sauna
- showers, toilets
- new beautiful renovation in the rooms, hall and corridors
- towels, robes, soap, gels, shampoos, slippers....
- breakfasts from 8 to 10 delicious and a wide variety of dishes
- location in the center on a pedestrian street, nearby beaches, shops, cafes, canteens....
- coolers with cold! water
- fruit drink with cookies at the reception at lunchtime
- washing your laundry up to 4 kg 700 rubles. (they washed everything very well and folded it for us)
- everywhere is clean, the rooms are constantly cleaned.

Cons:
- the walls are made of cardboard, you can hear all the conversations in the next room, and the neighbors are different, someone walks for a long time, comes at 11 pm, and we go to bed with the children according to the schedule at 9-10 pm.
- NO lift for strollers, I thought it was nothing to worry about (I saw it in the reviews), but in fact it spoiled my vacation, it is very inconvenient. At least two sleepers like in the photo (I will attach) would have saved my back and nerves.
- the children's playroom is tiny and not for babies. Maybe this is not a minus, but we would like something bigger with a child of 1.5 years old and where we can frolic, play with toys. We missed it.
- no bidet
- strange sign on the refrigerator. If my memory serves me right: "This is a minibar, not a refrigerator for food!"
I still don't understand if we violated something by putting baby food, kefir, wine there... perhaps the inscription should be rewritten or removed forever.

Nice, cozy, comfortable, not far from the sea.

The hotel is nice, the staff is polite, and the receptionist very calmly explained that the room would have one king-size bed instead of two. It's a shame, but ok. The sheets were changed on the fifth day, and the floors weren't washed, only vacuumed. We stayed on the first floor next to the utility room, where the washing machine was constantly doing its work. The sound resembled the cooing of pigeons. After six days, it got pretty annoying. But these are minor details, as it's a great place to relax with children. There was a playroom with computer games. There's a swimming pool on the premises, with plenty of inflatable rings. I watched how small children simply couldn't get out of the water. At the entrance to the pool, there's a shelf with clean towels. There's a sauna for warming up if needed. In the room (pictured), there's a device that uses a special card to activate the power supply. This system allows the staff to see whether a guest is in the room, and whether they've requested cleaning or not to disturb. There's no refrigerator as such, but there's a small space in the table for cooling drinks. It gets incredibly hot, so we kept the cabinet door open for ventilation. Breakfast is included. It's served from 8-10 a.m., which is convenient. You have a choice of two dishes, and they ask you what you prefer. It's either fried eggs, cottage cheese casserole, an omelet, vareniki, or pelmeni. You can also get everything the Klyukva cafe offers. The fruit is a real minus star for that. Being in the south, I had to munch on half-ripe fruit from the supermarket. Shameful. There were pastries, sausages, potatoes, and milk porridge, which was sweet. Vegetables included tomatoes, cucumbers, and peppers, also from stores. Drinks to choose from: juice, milk, kefir, yogurt, coffee (you make your own in a coffee machine). Breakfast balls for kids. Eggs, greens, olives, cottage cheese, sliced ​​cheese, and sausage. There's also mayonnaise, sour cream, and ketchup. You won't leave hungry. The room has air conditioning, a TV, an iron, a kettle, a safe, robes, a few towels, slippers, shampoo, liquid soap, body lotion, toilet paper, and toothbrushes. Check-out is at 12 noon. You can leave your belongings in the storage room for free until the end of the day. You can also have your laundry done at the laundry, which costs 700 rubles per load. Sometimes they put out rolls and fruit juice in the lobby for guests. Of course, these are the same ones from breakfast, but it's still nice. The sandy beach is a five-minute walk away. The pebble beach, which is cleaner, is further away, about 25-30 minutes. The hotel is pleasant, I recommend it.

We stayed at the hotel in October. The interior is beautiful, with every detail thought out. Never before have we experienced such warmth and hospitality from the staff. The location of the hotel is excellent, the sea is nearby, the park is nearby, restaurants and shops are nearby. The very center! The rooms are decent, cooler on the floor, swimming pool for adults and children. The food is good, especially the variety of pastries for breakfast. I definitely recommend.

Great location in the city center, everything you need is within walking distance. The sea is 5-10 minutes from the hotel. Delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, unsalted soups, salted separately. The pool is small, warm and clean. The dryer is common on the street by the pool, it is not convenient, it takes a long time to dry, it is not on the sunny side and the wind blows things weakly. Mirrors were not washed in the room, the window from the outside was dirty and dusty.
