Friendly staff. Nice rooms with private bathrooms. The air conditioning works. The mattress is firm. The room is quiet. The restaurant's air conditioning can't cope with the July heat; it's very stuffy because of the panoramic windows.

A good hotel, large, spacious rooms with city views, clean, three swimming pools, two of which are comfortably warm (especially for children), but not all the hot tubs are working. The downside is the cold hammam. The Finnish sauna is a real lifesaver; it's not very hot, but you can warm up. Excellent breakfasts, a huge variety, everything delicious and fresh. Overall, a decent hotel for families, with friendly staff. Thank you.

In principle, I liked the hotel. Of course there are + and -. I especially liked the spa area with pools, sauna and hammam👍. Breakfast buffet ....great choice. Everything is very tasty! Well, the complex dinner is meager 🙄

Super hotel. Everything is clean and comfortable. Cool bath complex, sooooo worthy (tasty and varied) breakfast. No intrusive service, no one "is above the soul." Well done guys, keep it up! Location is awesome. You can walk along the main street and shopping center Gallery.

Purely. The business class room is large and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. But at the time of arrival, the pool was not working, although there was no information about this on the hotel website when booking.

Liked · Excellent location, close to Krasnaya Street with all its entertainment and attractions. We were on New Year's holidays, a lot of people stopped by. Apparently the hotel itself was a little crazy from this amount, so there were linings with towels at the beginning, but everything was quickly resolved. Breakfast with an acceptable choice of food, but almost the same from day to day. In general, it is better not to count on a local restaurant in terms of food as a restaurant. Half of the dishes are not available, those that are are cooked for a long time. The most chic of the hotel is the SPA area. The pools with and without hot tubs are excellent.
