For not spoiled vacationers, this is normal for the money. A bit far from the sea, but walked up. Early October, warm, water around +20+21. I liked Rosa Khutor.

We rested in October 2021. Many small flaws in the room were annoying. But, if it was warned in advance, everything can be decided in advance! First the pros. Good dining room, decent portions, chefs cook really sincerely. The manager and waitresses are polite. The food system is a partial buffet (cereals, soups, herbs, bread), I was very comfortable. The second huge plus is the silence, the buildings are right across the fence from the arboretum. In Sochi, all inexpensive hotels are near roads, etc. Now about the numbers. The one-room rooms were converted into separate ones from the two-room ones, in which there was a shower and a toilet at opposite ends of the corridor. Therefore, after dividing this 2-room suite into 2 separate ones, a shower was put into the toilet, and a toilet was put into the shower in the other room. Places in the bathroom are catastrophically small, the sink is angular. Due to the lack of space in the bathroom, they made a shower without a tray, draining directly onto the floor. And here a huge design error was made, there is no slope in the floor. Water after you take a shower costs 2 cm for almost half a day. It’s impossible to go to the toilet without galoshes ((((Beetles from the arboretum were waiting for us a lot, they flew in flocks, settled on the curtains, by the way, they looked like cockroaches (((Of course, there were no nets on the windows. Only by the end of the rest I guessed to order on Ozone I was also surprised that there was no kettle and hair dryer in the room. I would have grabbed a kettle, a hair dryer, crocs for a shower and immediately bought a masked door to the balcony, you can relax, especially since the price is low.

Hostel ala 90 e. Upon arrival, they asked for an improved room or a room in a cottage, very light dream. They gave me a room on the 4th floor. They dragged their suitcases, but there was no elevator provided. At 7 am I woke up the neighbors TV set. The neighbors themselves were also talking and shouting over the telly. Immediately the question is: do you people ever think about others? Maybe the neighbors still want to sleep behind the wall ... Breakfast from 8.30. Why do we need to wake up at 7 am with you!?
Fortunately, the administration went to meet us and gave us a cottage warning that it was cold and no one had lived there for a long time. Again the question: why not give it to us right away? What would the suitcases dragged back and forth? So that life does not seem like honey? I don't see any other reason. We lived in this cottage and manage without a kettle and an iron. There is really no silence. There is a construction site next to the camp site, so from 9 am to 6 pm, the piles are always hammering something, maybe they are hammered in, I don’t know. But construction has been going on for 2 years. The food has become worse than last year, but at least there is a refrigerator. And one more minus: in the building in the rooms the bathroom is combined and the shower flows directly onto the floor. The level to drain into the hole is not made, so the water is all over the bathroom. Only in the swamps there to walk after a shower. Of course, it is possible to clean the corner teeth in the sink, but it is difficult to wash oneself, and it is not possible to wash the decanter under water at all. Recreation center min defense. Pretty not bad. Living conditions, of course not a 5 star hotel. But living is not bad at all. The food is good. The bus waxes the beach two flights at 09.00 and at 09.30 takes back at 12.30. The bus does not carry on weekends. This is perhaps a flaw. You need a quick breakfast and run to the bus. Standing in line and back is similar. But the minibuses from the beach do not go bad 1,2,3 43, 44, etc. Get to the Svetlana stop, transfer to 44k or 92 and after seven minutes at the base. General let the beach takes about 30 minutes.
