I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Hotel Zhemchuzhina. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a very nice atmosphere. My room was bright, cozy, and had everything I needed. I loved the view and the fact that everything was close and easy to reach. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was tasty, and there were many options to choose from....

We stayed at the hotel in early September 2023. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but our vacation was marred by a hot water outage for 5 days! The hotel administration did not report the reasons, it is not clear whether this is an annual outage or not. We are going to Sochi this year also in September, we could come back here, but last year's cold shower stops us! ))
My husband and I are staying at this hotel not for the first time! As always, the cuisine is top notch, the variety of breakfasts is pleasing. This time there are new additions: A cool Salt Room has opened. I recommend visiting! The hotel also began to cooperate with the Red Beach, and now you can visit the private beach at a nice price)
I didn't stay at this hotel, but I was there for a conference. The conference hall was simply gorgeous. With a balcony and a stunning view. It was incredibly energizing. A wonderful hotel. Large, comfortable rooms. They have everything you need for a shower, a hairdryer, and a refrigerator. If you're lucky, you'll get a room with a sea view. We were lucky! We really enjoyed the breakfasts. They had a great selection, and everything was delicious. The reception staff was attentive and very friendly.

Nice hotel, delicious breakfast. The rooms are clean, the furniture is expensive/rich, take care of your knees. The water pressure in the shower is amazing! The robes are wonderful. Towels absorb water well! There are 500 meters of parking nearby, you can almost always find where to leave your car.

I would like to note the care of the staff about their clients. When we forgot personal belongings in the room, they immediately responded and brought them to us directly to the railway station for free. Thank you very much to all the staff!!!
