We stayed at the hotel in early September 2023. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but our vacation was marred by a hot water outage for 5 days! The hotel administration did not report the reasons, it is not clear whether this is an annual outage or not. We are going to Sochi this year also in September, we could come back here, but last year's cold shower stops us! ))
My husband and I are staying at this hotel not for the first time! As always, the cuisine is top notch, the variety of breakfasts is pleasing. A wonderful hotel. Large, comfortable rooms. They have everything you need for a shower, a hairdryer, and a refrigerator. If you're lucky, you'll get a room with a sea view. We were lucky! We really enjoyed the breakfasts. They had a great selection, and everything was delicious. The reception staff was attentive and very friendly.
