The best hotel in Sochi, service, rooms, breakfasts - everything is perfect. The only thing is that there is a construction site to the left of the hotel, so keep this in mind when booking! Standard rooms have a partial view of the construction site, and you can hear it in the room even with the windows closed

Honestly I wasn’t impressed. Definitely not 5*. More like “inn” ish feel. It felt run down, overpriced. Shower in room wasn’t working properly -old. Dirty carpets. Thin pillows. Nice views though and beach club set up but I won’t be back.

A good sanatorium with green grounds and its own beach. Not far from the center of Sochi. I liked building 1. It feels connected to history. I wish they'd build an outdoor pool. It would be an added bonus. The food is decent and varied. Diet options are available. The restaurant is very pleasant, but it doesn't feel like a canteen.

I stayed at the sanatorium in October 2020. My stay coincided with the sanatorium's anniversary. It was a wonderful celebration with a concert, a vocal group, a show ballet, a prize drawing, other entertainment, and a buffet. Even the untimely rain didn't spoil the celebration. Great place to get a rest and some health treatments done too many to say I got a back massage 3 days in a row to help my back out more and to relax. Just perfect for staying with kids! Private villages are spacious and extremely modern, comfortable and luxury. 5 stars (keeping in mind that it's soviet-era VIP sanatorium). No skimming pool and lack of gym as 2 minuses.

Luxuriously! Exclusive! And that says it all about the hotel. Great restaurant, nothing to compare it to. The service is top notch and for this level the price tag is even incredibly low.

They were not inside. But from the outside the building looks amazing! The façade restoration was excellent. In front of the mansion there is a small square with a flower bed, a fountain and benches. You can sit quietly and admire 👍 it's a real pleasure for the eyes 😊
