Friendly staff, special thanks to Sie. The road to the sea goes in the direction of the Festivalny Concert Hall, it takes about 15 minutes to walk. the hotel is located uphill. The hotel is new. Minuses are minor. Everything suited us. Corresponds to European 3 * hotels. Thanks.

The hotel is quite confusing at first glance, but it is deceiving. Very cozy and "friendly", moderately attracts and leaves a pleasant impression. High-quality and discreet service, attention to guests, delicious breakfasts. The hotel is located on a hill with a wonderful view. To the center of Sochi about 10 minutes walk. I would also like to express my deep gratitude to Sarkiz and Alyona, who helped to feel the warmth of the Sochi service. It would not be superfluous to note the work of the staff, who kept the room clean and was always ready to assist in emerging issues. Basically, the most accurate word is normal. The building is beautiful, the interior is freshly renovated in the "expensive bohato" style. I had a very simple number. It is rather small, without chairs and a table, without a balcony, a view from the window of a multi-level parking lot - on some wall, in general. At the same time, there is a refrigerator, the split freezes very well, there is a hot heated towel rail in the bathroom. Bottles of water were only on arrival, then they were not refilled. There are coolers on the floor, there is no water in them) There are two ironing boards and irons on the floor. The maids seem to clean every day, but the cleaning would not have passed the test of lazy flying - the dust is not only in hard-to-reach places (on the closet), but also on the headboard. Noise isolation is not very good due to a weak, leaky door - you can not hear anything from the neighboring rooms, but everything that happens in the corridor happens as if in a room) On the ground floor there is a tiny cute cafe, with a large terrace with a nice view, you can sit. The location is certainly not the first line and not even the second, but still the center, the sea, the seaport and the riviera park are close. True, back from the sea to climb decently uphill.
In general, despite some shortcomings, the overall impression is rather good. Not super duper, but, as I said at the beginning - ok)
