I don't know where the high ratings come from. Nice place, not the worst staff, but outside of summer it's cold, renovation is old, furniture is dead, standard rooms are super cramped. We had a lock on the toilet in the wrong direction.
The hotel is located in the very center. Value for money. Very very clean) the maids try their best!
Good hotel. They clean the room every day, everything is clean. For 7 days, 29,000 were given for a regular double room with a child. For the child, an extra folding bed was given.
Rested in this hotel in July. Located within walking distance from many attractions of the city, beaches. The staff is attentive and courteous, the rooms are cleaned daily. Nice, calm and small hotel. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee, sweets and a very unusual window :)) Password for wifi, if needed, ask at the reception, but a mobile is enough. Cleaned unobtrusively - never bothered. The port is 5 minutes away and there are plenty of places to eat around. For a business trip, this is a great place.
Great little cozy hotel. Smells good, everything is clean. Prompt check-in. The only negative if you have a lot of suitcases, there is no lift. Carry everything up the stairs. I consider it a good hotel for those who travel on excursions and walk all day. Nearby there is a park, a bunch of cafes and McDonald's. There is a shuttle to the airport, paid.

Hands down, the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! The rooms were 8/10. But overall facilities, space and services i would give a solid 10/10! The dinning area was quite spacious, and there is a common area for tv as well. There’s even a separate room for office work/late night calls so that others won’t be disturbed.
