- The apartment is near a public park with a kinder garten. Always a lot of noise. Wifi had a lot of problems and those problems are not due to government restrictions because at the same time all the other rooms wifi was working. Also the next room noise isolation was terrible. Everytime what they do was like inside my room. I hear everything. Using toilet , kitchen walking just behind my head. Also the administrator on whatsap was always finding excuses and blaming customers for problems. It looks like they have some separatist policies because i paid them 71000 rubles and they gave me the worst room in the hotel. I asked them to change my room and they refused with reason of non availability. But there was always coming and leaving guests. Room was always dark. Very low sunlight

Small, cozy hotel. Stayed in a family room, large room, kettle, dishes, hairdryer. Very comfortable beds, the location is the very center, everything is close by, shopping centers, cafes bars, canteens a whole street, a pharmacy across the street. To the train station, about 7 minutes walk.
Looking for flaws it is a very icy floor, but we were resting in October, we suspected the room was air conditioned.
The staff are very friendly and polite.

Normal hotel. I stopped to spend the night while I was on a business trip at the beginning of May 2020. Of the pluses, the price.

Good hotel. Everything is there for a comfortable life. The very center of the city! Everything is within walking distance: railway and bus stations, the sea, the Riviera park, transport stops, shopping and fitness centers. There are many different cafes, canteens and restaurants along the hotel street. For every taste and wallet.
The hotel has a common entrance group with the "Persona" beauty salon and the "Why not?"
The only free parking in the city center is opposite the hotel. The hotel is located on the ground floor of a high-rise building.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are cozy. Close to the magnet and good dining. Located in a convenient location, center, train, and stops nearby. Of the minuses, we got one number without a window, this is a nightmare ... At night, we turned off the light, and we woke up almost at lunch in the darkness .. And generally without a window, it’s scary like that .. At the end of November we gave about 600 rubles for it, and it was expensive, even in the summer if you rest .. On the next day we moved to another, it was beautiful .. But, in all rooms in the bathrooms there are no hoods, and when you start to swim, the steam fills everything! and the corridor and the bedroom, the windows and mirrors are sweating, there is nothing to breathe .. Owners, fix it! In general, everything is fine, but for these shortcomings minus two stars ..

I lived in a hotel in July 2018. I really liked the hotel! In the center of the city, close to the beach, everything is close by. The room is big, the linen is clean, the bed is big. Air conditioning worked. Water was always. Fridge in the room. From the window view of the green courtyard with southern vegetation. If you need a kettle, you can take it on the floor. Cafe, dining nearby. Good, friendly attitude of administrators Masha and Yulia. I am very grateful to them. Thank you very much!!!
