HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!! Nothing good!! We visited so many hotels, for the first time in such ... got. It started with the fact that usually in all hotels they go to a meeting and check in earlier, but here I had to wait 3 hours to check in, although the hotel is huge and there are so many rooms. Then we waited for an hour to check in. As a result, we were given a room, we came, but it had not been cleaned yet! They changed our room and apologized.

The room does not correspond to 3 stars at all, and in general this price!

We bought two parking spaces, because. we had a minibus, we put it in, we got out, and someone's car, which stood in our place, propped us up there. And when we tried to deal with the security guard, who, in fact, followed it all, he said questions to the girls at the reception. This is tin! It turned out that they were just making money there as much as they could.

Then already at 12 at night, when they were supposed to prepare all the rooms at 3 in the afternoon, our friend was picked up by a clean, prepared room, and he stood in the corridor, waiting for them to give him the key.

In short... score (-10)! Horror!

I give this hotel 1 star only because there are 3 adequate people among the staff.
The hotel does not pull on 3 stars at all, "price-quality" - this is not about Garden Hills!
Initially, the hotel posts incorrect information about its location. It is located NOT IN CENTRAL SOCHI, BUT IN HOST, on the mountain! It is not 1000m from the sea from it. Yes, there is a shuttle to the beach, but there are few of them, and at least 15 people are pushed into the minibus for 8 people at a time, terrible service! People ride each other, and the hotel administration does not care about the safety and comfort of tourists!
Inside the minibus there is a wooden chair from Stalin's times and people ride on it!

The buffet is very poor, breakfast costs 500₽, but in fact there is nothing but sausages with scrambled eggs and cottage cheese casserole. You will eat the same thing throughout your stay (we were 2 weeks), they don’t even know how to cook porridge here, some kind of cereal in the water, they heat pancakes from Pyaterochka "Red Price" and lay out what was left from the previous day's dinner. Dirty dishes, mugs not washed and dirty plates in a pile for clean ones!

They do not provide tourists with a late dinner, even if you linger on an excursion organized by their own tour operator. As for the early breakfast, I can’t judge, but judging by the service, you probably can’t count on it either.
You will just be rude and sent away.

The rooms have old furniture, cupboards that don't close, leaky showers and broken shelves in the bathroom, cobwebs on the walls, insects in the room. One plus: water cooler on the floor.
Some of the staff at the reception is frankly rude and does not know how to communicate with people. I have never seen such an unfriendly and disrespectful attitude.

There are a lot of cats on the territory, which can climb onto your bench and onto the table when you eat in the gazebo. People with allergies to animal hair do not care about the hotel administration!

In the pool, which in fact, to put it mildly, is small and is declared in the description of the hotel as "heated" cold water, insect corpses and a sea of ​​bleach, small children's pools with ice water in general! So many negative emotions, as in this hotel, I have not experienced in many years of travel!
For the money they charge, I definitely do not recommend to stay! No service.
I would very much like the owner of this hotel to live a couple of days the life that tourists live here!

The work of the administration is disgusting. The stand is a girl that no other administrator can't even give a key for the PAID room. Accordingly, the rack was ALWAYS a huge queue.The key loss has become a huge problem. First had to stand in a queue for an hour. On the question of the possibility of the queue to pay the penalty for the loss and get the key said "Key? Wait." After an hour turn came. We were told that for unknown reason to pay for the card loss is impossible. They accept payment ONLY by CASH (although accepted payment numbers from other people through the terminal). With this said to pay 350 rubles, on the remark that in the price list a fine of 300, replied, "Well, okay."And this is after hours of Queuing we had a kilometer to go to the mountain to shoot the 300 rubles. In the end, the solution took 2 hours!!! The room has a broken urn. Floors in room not washed and in General the room is not clean. Suitable for budget tourists there, only to sleep. The room resembles a Dorm room). Who gave the hotel 3 stars, for me remained a riddle. Soap and shampoos have to report every day. Towels should be changed every 2 days, bed linen every 5 days. We somehow changed just a towel for the feet...
