Olymp Hotel

The photo of the hotel front is fake. Unfortunately I forgot to make a picture of the reality. But the one the hotel published is made by photoshop. Inside the hotel it's nice, but only to look at it. The owners are ignoring guests and show them that they do not like them. But unfortunately they need them. Room cleaning had similar behaviour. Cleaning quickly the floor and change towels was the main service. Bed was never touched by them. And btw. we found several hairs in the bed. Not ours... The worst story was the arrival. We were told that no credit card payment is possible and no reader for card on the hotel (owner standing in the background). I was asked to go out and get cash. Next try by the owner was that I should do some online banking transfer now. We are from abroad, both is not working. And after some questions from our side and some rufe comments of the owner it turned out that there is a card reader for credit credit. It was simply a lie. To complete this horrible experience we should mention the so called breakfast which is included in the room price. Coffee must be paid additionally if you do not like instant coffee. The bring you some very cheap food, take it or leave it. We tried once some lunch and it was again horrible. Overall experience: The hotel inside and the rooms do look really nice, but that's only design. The rest is not Wort the money. Small addition. It's next to a main street. Very noisy, especially in the nights as some drivers seems to use it as some race track. The good thing is that you do not care anymore about the noisy fridge. W-LAN was often not working properly.
BUT there is only highlight in the hotel. The reception ladies are really nice and we would like to thanks you again. They were always friendly with a smile on the face.
