Very well located, great staff, gorgeous rooms, great view from the balcony. Of the minuses I note the lack of hot water for two days. And the lack of fridge in the rooms, I believe that hotels of this level the refrigerator should be at least free.

Thanks, good hotel. All available close to city centre in 10-15 minutes. The rooms are quiet, air conditioning, TV, fridge, cleaning every day, breakfasts are delicious, but a bit monotonous, on request, for a fee, prepare lunch. All rooms correspond to reality.
The price was very good. It was a simple hotel with all the basic amenities. The price came with breakfast too😊

Wonderful hotel, great staff. Loved the attitude of the owner of the hotel to customers. And most importantly, the rooms are clean and housekeeping unobtrusive (knock on the door at nine in the morning just will not Wake up). Was last summer, will definitely be back! :)
The hotel is new, clean, staff is friendly. The location of the hotel allows easy access to beaches, cafes, entertainment centres. And also, very nice after a noisy campaign, to return to a clean, quiet and comfortable hotel, which by the way, all rooms have WiFI with great speed. The hotel I really liked. Very good place to stay in this city. There is a convenience store across the road, Magnit is nearby, as well as stops in both directions. The owner is a very nice and sociable woman. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything for cooking, and there is also a grill for barbecue lovers.
We were in Sochi in August 2018, we stayed at the Vinograd hotel. I liked it very much. Modern room, and a separate shared kitchen where you can cook. Near the park Riviera, and the sea. Many thanks to the owner.
If you are nostalgic for the glorious Soviet past, then welcome. The hostess is a "sweet" Armenian, hospitable. Kitchen on the first floor. There is a grill you can cook. The rooms are cleaned badly, linen is not changed. There is mold under the wallpaper in the room. The mountainous terrain is difficult with children, in Sochi you can find better.

Not done bad hotel to stay for a couple of days go. Normal interior. There is a public kitchen, it is possible for something to cook.
Everything was amazing especially the staff is very nice and offered whatever amenities they had.Very rare to find in Russia
