A wonderful hotel with excellent service. Definitely deserves its stars. Excellent room cleaning. Excellent linens. Good breakfast at the Paulaner. Despite being close to the train station, I never heard a train.

A nice, modern hotel. The walk to the embankment is a pleasure. I liked the location. The breakfasts are excellent! The service is good, the cleaning is wonderful. An iron and ironing board are very important for us girls. The bathroom has gels, a soap dish, toothpaste and a brush... beautiful. One thing... the rooms are a bit small.

This is my first trip to Sochi. I chose a hotel based on specific criteria (city center, breakfast included, at least 20 sq m, etc.). I settled on the Park Inn. My room was on the 5th floor with a view of the train station. It was cleaned daily, and it was quiet and clean. The bathroom was a bit small, but that's not a big deal. The staff was friendly and the breakfasts were good.

+ I liked that when I presented issues they were fixed right away. I liked that some staff spoke great English.

Convenient location. Friendly staff, clean, room cleaned every day. Prices are good, delicious food. Soundproofing is also good. With the windows closed, it is quiet, the noise from the road and the presence of a nearby station do not bother. Everything is great!

Wonderful quiet place. Delicious cuisine. Diverse menu. Came by chance looking for a place to have breakfast with 3 small kids at 9am. We got to the buffet for hotel guests, we were not refused, although the restaurant starts working from 11. The administrator quickly and tactfully asked if it was possible for us to have breakfast with the hotel guests. For a moderate fee, we had a wonderful breakfast and fed the children.

Ok, but some luxury is not luxury. Nothing bad either. Upd: well, the floor is crooked in the shower stall, the water is worth it. Otherwise, everything is fine, do not worry at all.
