Invariably, in the summer we stay at "Camellia" and are more and more charmed by this hotel! Everything is provided for down to the smallest detail and at any time of the day or night the request will be fulfilled, and not formally, but with the desire to fulfill it in the best possible way, in any place of the hotel, be it the reception, room service, the restaurants "Camellia" and "Rivash" with amazing cuisine, the beach or the spa area. It is this attitude, this service that makes the hotel beloved. A hotel with an atmosphere of love, care, a hotel with a soul! All services work really, like a Swiss watch - accurately, quietly and beautifully! You love and respect yourself and your work and love is projected onto the guests! Always remain, no matter what, at the highest level! We are waiting for the meeting again!

Great hotel! It's not the first year that we've been vacationing with our whole family. And we're happy with absolutely everything, from the service to the level and quality of the food in the restaurant. Everything is always fresh, natural and delicious. The hotel grounds are great for walking and relaxing with children. Safe and well-equipped playground. Various children's and adult events are also held on the hotel grounds. We even took part in an open-air painting session, painted pictures and took them home as souvenirs. We had a very pleasant and interesting time. In general, we have something to compare with, it's not the first year that we've been vacationing in Sochi, but we don't want to experiment with hotels anymore, now we'll only come to you. Perhaps the best hotel in Russia, which I had to visit and certainly the best in Sochi. Popular with players from the Russian national team. At the World Cup, the Brazilian national team lived here. Impeccable breakfast, very clean rooms, spacious balcony. Warm swimming pool, SPA area and a bar with sun loungers. If you come back to Sochi, then only here!

Resort hotel. Great pool, Pan-Asian Ginza restaurant. 8 minutes by car to the center of Sochi, if there are no traffic jams. Were in room 411 - the west wing. The room is near the elevator, but either there is no traffic of guests (January 2021), or the soundproofing is sufficient. The walls of the bathroom are transparent, but there is the possibility of dimming the light. In general, the light control is quite successful (except for the touch keys, which cannot be pressed by touch) - there are preset lighting scenes.

Wonderful hotel, magnificent territory, its own beach. Good breakfasts. The only thing is, when booking 2 rooms for 2 adults and two children, they got two rooms at a distance from each other. It would be logical to provide us with two adjoining rooms. Considering that there are tacres in the hotel.

The best hotel in Sochi! I love this hotel, I love everything about it! This is a hotel that is so organically inscribed in nature, there is a park for walking. Very comfortable room, where everything is thought out to the smallest detail and has everything you need. Varied, delicious breakfasts with a glass of sparkling wine. Given the current situation in the world, when the borders are closed, but we still want to relax, we chose the Swissotel Resort Sochi Kamelia to leave "in Sochi for 3 nights" and catch the outgoing Indian summer. To say that reality exceeded expectations is an understatement.. Perfect service at the hotel from the moment we got out of the taxi. Friendly staff at the reception and a glass of sparkling wine at the start made our check-in brighter :) We were pleasantly surprised by the sea view from the room and welcome snacks with wine from the hotel. Breakfast includes fresh coffee and juice, a lot of local products such as cottage cheese, sour cream and dried fruits. Try figs if it's in season - it's a legal drug. Delicate pancakes and waffles, a lot of cereals, fish and meat snacks. The outdoor pool is a song in its own right; music plays under the water :) and you can swim all year round! The hotel is really responsible for its 5 stars and resort status: we did not leave the hotel for all 4 days. There are spas, restaurants, and a marvelous park. A piece of my heart remained in Camellia, I will definitely return

Good hotel. The number of rooms "not the first freshness", but very worthy. The staff is generally friendly and welcoming. Of course, there are gloomy types, but this is most likely a legacy of the Soviet past))). In general, everything is fine. The breakfasts are delicious and there is a lot of choice. Sparkle wine for breakfast - Abrau (for an amateur). The wine list is not very varied, but in general there is something to drink at dinner. In the restaurant, for dinner, portions are not large, this is rather a plus. The territory is not big, but very well-groomed. The beach area is large, the order is monitored. The steps to the sea are concrete, old, but do not pose a risk to life. The sea is as lucky))) there are jellyfish with debris, there is also transparent ideal water. We were in August 2020. The occupancy of the hotel was maximum, while there was no feeling of "there was nowhere for the stone to fall."

We were in this hotel just 2 days, but the impressions are the most positive. We were very quickly settled, the room was struck by cleanliness, fully equipped with everything you need. Enjoyed the pool, AMAZING!!! There's music under water)) very cool! unusual but pleasant experience. The beach is also very clean and has everything you need for comfort. Meals on the Swedish line of a foreign level, if not even higher. The chef wants to shake hands. The territory is clean and ennobled; all sanitary measures are observed taking into account the past quarantine. Thank you for this, too, because health care is of course in the first place. Thank you for being so great!
