Good hotel, corresponds to the star rating. Excellent location in Sochi. It is great that there is a swimming pool, a fitness center and all this is included in the cost of accommodation.

Excellent hotel. Good location. 5 minutes by taxi to the beach (there is also a free shuttle there and back), 15 minutes on foot through the park or along the river embankment. The buffet breakfasts are varied. Everyday issues at the hotel are resolved extremely quickly. Thanks to the staff.

Very pleasant restaurant, good value for money. A large selection of dishes, a family with two capricious children was full and satisfied! The staff is calm, without excesses, unobtrusive. Clean, neat and fast. Recommended.

Located on the main street, 5 minute walks to museums nearby, plenty of restaurants and the sea is only 10 minutes by walk. Great location. we had some issues with the room but staff was very helpfull, immediately resolved our issue. Excellent location. Almost the entire infrastructure is within walking distance. Quiet, peaceful hotel. Rooms are well maintained, clean. On the first floor there are shops, cafes. Nice huge room, comfy bed, personal washing machine! Dinner table fo 3 people, the place is pretty quite, not much noise. No elevator though (the hotel is on the 3rd floor) the British would call it 2nd floor.

Location is not that good you are fun loving need to walk 10 .15 min for main attractions.. rooms are good..but reception aunty is very rude.want to just take money at any cost or ask you to leave at middle of night..for checkout also...starts asking you to check out even before 12 noon

Luxuriously! Exclusive! And that says it all about the hotel. Great restaurant, nothing to compare it to. The service is top notch and for this level the price tag is even incredibly low.

They were not inside. But from the outside the building looks amazing! The façade restoration was excellent. In front of the mansion there is a small square with a flower bed, a fountain and benches. You can sit quietly and admire 👍 it's a real pleasure for the eyes 😊
