- When we arrive the cleaning lady was so unhelpful to us. She knows English but she was just saying I don’t know English. But if the things okay with her she can speak. When we show her some translations she didn’t give us any answer. She was just looking the phone while we are saying our problem. She was not helpful or volunteer to solve our problem. She was so rude.

Service is nowhere worse. Just from the very beginning, everything went through one place. They did not warn that we had 3 hours, they brought a hookah 10 minutes before the end. Why the hell? The sound of karaoke equipment is terrible, fanit.
Poorly renovated rooms. Does not match the description and photo. Staff attitude is like pigs. Broke off a good rest. Consumer goods.

Super cool place to stay, awesome guys scored a hookah and were always ready to help. We sang karaoke and had a great time!

It was my first time at your establishment and I was very pleased.
I want to note the excellent work of the administrator Kirill Ermakov, he made an excellent hookah, everything was just as I wanted, I don’t really understand them, but it was he who suggested me tastes and strengths, told me about it in detail, I completely trusted him and was very happy about it. I want to say a big thank you to your Anticafe, as soon as I saw responsive administrators who are ready to help the client. I always appreciate the work of people who give their best. Thanks again, look forward to it.

I wanted to sit in my company and sing songs in karaoke + with my own wine and snacks.
Perfect place!
Booked VIP and did not lose.
They provided us with dishes and cutlery, showed us how to use the system.
Instead of the planned 4 hours, we sat for 6)
The guys are polite and friendly.
Will have to go again)
We went for karaoke, but there is still a lot of entertainment: mafia, a bunch of board games, consoles, hookah, etc.
One wish for karaoke - you need more songs and the list should be better formed by the artist, and not by the name of the song + at maximum volume, you need to shout into the microphone from 1-1.5 cm.
