Very nice place, good location and nice rooms. Julyanna was also very nice, she helped me with a lot of things that I people have to know when visiting Saint Petersburg.
My room is clean and tidy. The room cleaning lady did her job well, even fold my clothes nicely. There is laundry machine, you can use it with small fee. The reception lady helped load my laundry because the machine was in use, so I dont have to wait for it. She was so kind to fold the clothes for me after drying. Apart from the bed is a bit too soft, pillows are square shape, towels a bit old...

At first I thought the location might be a problem, but it turned out to be great. The area is quiet, taxi fares are very cheap, so I don’t think location is an issue at all. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff are very friendly. You can also find everything you need in the facility. I would definitely recommend it.

The place is awesome for the cost of the room. The staff are friendly and accommodating with excellent English. Helped sort out an issue about registration and were very understanding. Rooms are small but cozy and the bathrooms are clean and modern, albeit with fairly low water pressure in the showers. Leaving baggage after checking out was very easy and cheap, only 50 rubles! Great place, friendly people, always helpful. Clean, cozy, very warm room. The only drawback would be a very highly placed roof window, which makes it hard to let fresh air in, however, it might be a particularity of our concrete room only. Nice cozy kitchen on the floor, free black tea, good light. The central location adds to its attractiveness. Recommend it.
Nice, helpful crew. Rooms cosy and clean. I would rather not take option with breakfast, it's really tasty to be honest but only few options and mostly sweet so after few days you going to be fed up and bored.
It's a quite good hotel...a good location...reception staff are very good and helpful.....rooms are ok though small....shared kitchen space is quite helpful....rooms are neat and comfortable...only problem is that there is no lift ....otherwise the hotel is good at a very moderate rate... .
Cheap, clean, friendly. The one star removed was become it was sooooo hot!! We were there a month ago when it reached - 25°C outside and we had to sleep with the window opened as the radiators have no handles to change temp Add handles and you get 5 stars.
