+ Location is amazing and easy to locate. Size of the room is fair. Sure no one speaks English but I use translator helps a lot.
- Room service at last night never comes while I asked the recipient 3 times in different times during my last night. The only change towels and normal cleaning. Water dispenser at the coridor so help yourself.

+ Nice hotel near the St. Petersburg city center. Friendly staff, good quality meals. Rooms are well decorated and clean.

Absolutely nice hotel with international standards, modern design and located at the historic place of Saint-Petersburg. Breakfasts are very tasty (starting from 7 AM to 12PM), check out the internal terrace!

Rooms are quite big with nice beds and even working space for your remote workday. Honestly, I liked it.

Excellent quality and staff. Breakfast was perfectly organized. This facility is on par with its US counterparts. I noticed clear competition up to the standard of Hampton Inn by Hilton. The rooms are equipped in modern style with every amenity a traveler may need. None of those wardrobes or drawers where visitors tend to forget stuff behind. Room is size is huge for this pricing range.

Was at the hotel on Thursday, I forgot my phone charger from the phone. Called on Friday morning and found him. But he said to send anywhere will not be, although it is standard practice worldwide networks.
Okay, agreed that a familiar will take away from reception and bring. So over time (from Friday to Sunday evening) wire from the charging somebody and took him away. Instead of my, gave black.
