Station Hotel Premier S10 in St. Petersburg

+ Room was clean, single bed was nice. The room was very very warm, I even had to open the windows sometimes. Check in was easy and fast, Employee spoke english.
- The water isn't clean. My facial skin was going nuts after washing my face. Not a easy improvement they can make unfortunately.

We stayed in a standard double room in February for just 6,500 rubles for four nights. The location is excellent in the city center, the photos match the description perfectly, it's clean and cozy, the breakfasts are delicious and varied, coffee and tea are always available, and the staff is polite and helpful. On one day, we missed breakfast because we were leaving on an excursion, but the receptionist offered and packed lunch boxes for 6 a.m. It was a birthday present. Cons: a smell in the bathroom, possibly due to poor ventilation; when the exhaust fan is turned on, it takes about 10 minutes for the air to clear. You have to wait 2 to 10 minutes for hot water to flow. The shower has low sides. No matter how carefully you shower, there will always be a small puddle. Overall, the hotel left only positive impressions. The price more than compensated for the downsides.

We stayed at this hotel during the COVID-19 lockdown and loved everything. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and quiet and cozy. The receptionist, Sofia, checked us in quickly and showed us around the city. Thanks to the receptionist, Angelina, for arranging our romantic dinner, suggesting delicious food, and providing champagne flutes. Overall, our stay was hassle-free, and we'd be happy to return in a quieter time.

Excellent hotel! Location, staff, newly renovated, bed, toiletries, and robes. Cons: the room seems a bit small for a four-star hotel, plus there's no closet at all, just a coat rack by the entrance and open bedside tables.

A fairly cozy hotel with a good location. Its advantage is that it's located in an older building, making it quite quiet and undisturbed by city noise. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. The beds are soft, and there's no draft from the windows. I'm not sure what the previous reviews were based on. A pleasant stay at a reasonable price, I recommend it.

We were passing through St. Petersburg and stayed at Station S10. We arrived late, but despite this, we were warmly welcomed. The receptionists were friendly and calm. Our requests were fulfilled very quickly. The room was clean, bright, and tidy. Towels were changed, and there was hot and cold water without odor! (I have something to compare it to). The interior is loft-style. Everything is simple but tasteful. The hotel's convenient location, right in the center, is a delight. Thank you for your hospitality! The hotel is captivating with its design. The attic rooms are truly something special!! The staff at the front desk were very friendly, responded quickly to requests, and anticipated all our needs. Special thanks for that. The breakfasts were delicious; the variety wasn't great, but you could still get your fill. The price was quite reasonable for central St. Petersburg. Overall, 6 out of 5. We'll be back.
