+ The hotel is like a palace. A fairy tale palace! Very pretty. The hallways are cute and room is cozy. The backyard was fully covered in slow and looked dreamy! The location is cherry on the cake - right on nevsky prospekt. Very convenient. Receptionists were helpful and sweet.- Rooms are little small

+ Nothing to complain. Staff is well versed in english, a bit of spanish too so all the time any issue, we could have it solved. Smooth check in, and the food next to at Khinkali, outstanding.- -

- To complicate position of elevators. I was on 6th floor so every time I have to use two elevators in opposite side of hotel.
