- Where to start? The hostel owner seems completely incompetent, she is almost never there and prefers to operate the hostel with a code system for the doors, these codes are infuriating and often don't work. She takes many hours to respond to any queries, and is regularly late for check in, one time 3 hours late. The codes on the lockers don't change so there is no security, anyone staying in the hostel could rob you if they wanted. Let's move on to what else is broken, the washing machine has been broken for at leat two weeks, and the supervisor who is sometimes at the hostel just shrugs her shoulders with an attitude of indifference. The mattresses are the showers are broken, the shower doors are broken, the toilet seats are broken, many of the mattresses are completely broken, there's often no toilet paper and no soap. Then there's the guests, alcoholics and soldiers who smoke and drink alcohol in the rooms, so we can say the smoke detectors are not working. The WiFi is also not good, and doesn't work in all areas of the hostel. The supervisor lady is nice to be honest, but she is helpless because the owner is so useless. Do yourself a favour and spend a little more money on a nicer place!

Horrible stupid location, but rather the building in which the hostel is located. Some poor office Culture House / DC, with steps and stairs as in the old clinics on the second or third floors, the hostel is a stupid corridor to the right and to the left with rooms. Hostel, nice, clean, great location. We lived in 5 ter (one family) in an 8-bed room, thank you for not adding anyone else.
But the administrator, this is certainly something with something.
Nagging began in the morning, on the day of eviction.
Why was the garbage thrown into the wrong bin
Why did I give you 5 towels, but only used four,
Why is there mascara on the towel.
Bottom line: she went to wash the towel to see if it was being washed or not. we didn’t have time to wait, we left a deposit that was left for the key and went about our business. After 10 minutes they called back, said that everything was cleaned and that it was possible to take the deposit.
Because of such trifles, the morning mood was ruined.

Our train got in at 8am and check in wasn’t until 2. The lady at reception let us leave our bags but wouldn’t let us use any of the facilities.. seems a tad ridiculous given we booked 7 nights accommodation

There are Hotel 338 and hostel 338 in here owned by one. We stayed in the hostel during Russia world cup and our experience could not be better. Hostel is 5 minutes walk from the metro station. They provided breakfast every day. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are shared across the rooms. Leila, one of the staffs is super kind and helpful and she tried to provide the best services. Wifi is available in the rooms and common area. Laundry also available with a small amount of charge.
