Wawelberg Hotel in St. Petersburg

The perfect hotel! Thoughtful, comfortable, beautifully designed, delicious breakfasts. We've stayed here several times and will definitely be back.

Great location and impeccable service - that's what the Wawelberg hotel is most memorable for! The rooms are equipped at the highest level: Duravit and TOTO plumbing, a built-in TV behind the mirror in the bathroom, a modern and convenient smart home - everything speaks of attention and care for each guest. As for the interior, in terms of style and taste, I have some small questions, but here my opinion is likely to disagree with the majority, because I look from the perspective of an architect, and not from the perspective of an ordinary visitor. Of course, the works of the iconic Russian sculptor Dashi Namdakov and the Lasvit chandelier in the hotel lobby did not go unnoticed, which already indicate that the hotel owners tried to add a cultural component to the interior of the new hotel in addition to impeccable service. Next time I come to St. Petersburg with my family, I will stay at this hotel again, because service and comfort are the most important things in a trip! I have never seen such attention to children anywhere: when registering, they put a children's ladder at the counter and gave us children's forms for check-in (my eldest daughter was absolutely delighted that she wrote her name, how old she was and drew animals, while I calmly checked in and filled out all the documents). In the room, they put a children's yurt for us and gave us children's sets (cream, liquid soap, children's slippers). In the minibar, there were marshmallows, marshmallows and mm dams. They also gave us branded soft toys. Bravo to the hotel for such a warm welcome! 5+

+ I liked the hotel's location and the quick service for requests. Despite being in the center, it was surprisingly quiet. The smart home features were a great addition as well.
- The room was spacious, but it lacked a seating couch. The vanity mirror was too high for the chair. I didn't like the restaurant, and the cleaning service didn’t change the bathrobes!

The hotel is gorgeous, simply the best in St. Petersburg. The entrance and service from the first minutes are very personalized, attentive. The historical interiors are amazing. It feels like you are in a museum, modern masterpieces of art are intertwined very organically. We really liked the room itself, everything is thought out in detail. The breakfasts are very tasty and aesthetically selected, it is clear that the chef thought through each dish. The concierges helped with parking and this was a huge plus. We will definitely come back and are waiting for the opening of the children's room and restaurant.

Certainly one of the best hotels in St. Petersburg. Incredibly comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast. I was very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the level of service in general. The location of the hotel: you couldn't imagine a better one - right in the center. It was especially nice that the reception staff also paid attention to our daughter (six years old) - they gave her a branded soft toy and when checking in they helped her fill out a "children's guest questionnaire". The parents were the happiest!

+ Excellent Hotel and Excellent Staff. The bar is a bit Möbels, would recommend to make it more liebend or more romantic… All in all superb.

The best hotel in St. Petersburg. 4season is resting. Service 5+ The only thing I would like to see next time is how the butler greets. We parked, went to the reception, and he just looked. I understand that it is not written on us that we are guests, but that is why he is a butler, to understand exactly this moment) But otherwise everything is great. Design, comfort, service as I already said. Overall, a solid five for the hotel.
