I was there with my wife and baby. Worst place that I ever stay. Was under construction, and the girl didn't speak english, she try to speak, but was terrible. See my photos. It's say everything. I do not recommend.

Very cozy apartments and the location of the hotel, everything is just gorgeous, for this 5 points. But how can one person-administrator spoil a good hotel. Upon check-in, it felt like we owed something and underpaid for something. Well, sometimes they did not pay attention , the person is not in the mood. But when after 5 days this girl, it is difficult to call her the administrator, began to take the number, everything became clear. Nothing was broken or broken during this time. Having checked this, the administrator, as a real detective, began to delve into the bed linen , towels, looking for non-washable stains. I have not seen such a service anywhere. There was no time to scandal, paid for this performance and for an indelible towel 250 rubles and went to the airport. I come to this hotel periodically every two years since 2010. But such a sediment has never was from such a "miracle service." a lot depends on the desire to work and a polite attitude towards the visitors. I wish Yanina hotel only prosperity, one ball to the "administrator"!

I give 2 stars for the good breakfast and the location, I never heard an apology for the incorrect behavior in the work of the administrator.
The problem turned out to be that the administrator could not correctly say the check-out time, although I turned to her for clarification, but after I left the room an hour later they called me and said that I had to leave. Awful administration job.
Soundproofing is poor, room cleaning once a week, towel change for 350 rubles was offered
On the booking it was announced as a room with a separate shower and toilet, upon arrival it turned out that this is a guest house.
