Inexpensive accomodations in St. Petersburg

Very good hotel, but a bit far from the subway station

We had to look for parking after 10 hours of driving at night. The room is incredibly small, although it is considered comfortable. The bed is dented - it rolled up all night. There is no air conditioning in the room

This hotel is very cost-effective and has everything good, except that it is quite far from the subway station, about 2 kilometers away, which is a headache to go out and come back every day.

The room can satisfy everything. It's very comfortable to stay in Vasi Island for business trip.

Great hotel in the heart of St. Petersburg! We stayed at the Art Deco Nevsky Hotel for the weekend and were absolutely delighted! Convenient location - close to Nevsky Prospekt, the main attractions are within easy reach

The rooms are clean, cozy, with a nice Art Deco design. We were especially pleased with the comfortable bed and good shower.   The staff is polite, always ready to help. Breakfasts are delicious, with a good selection

There was a water cooler on the floor, but we had to go down to the second floor because the hot water tap was broken and no one had fixed it in a week. There was also an ironing board and iron on the floor

There's no worse solution; it only ends up hurting your back. So check this when booking and checking in. The breakfasts are quite decent and appropriate for the price range

All the facilities in the room are modern and user-friendly. It's very convenient because the subway station and supermarket are right next door. I would like to stay again.

The location is excellent: behind the hotel is a cozy pedestrian street lined with restaurants, the metro is a 3-minute walk away, along with a shopping center and a 24-hour Perekrestok supermarket (though the security guards are very shady, so be careful at the self-checkout)

They also forgot to put water in our friends' room upon check-in. Of course, these are all nuances, but if the hotel staff is more welcoming, guests will be much more comfortable 😉

I booked it for 5 consecutive days and the experience was really good. In addition to the heating, there are 2 electric heaters. It is not cold at all at minus 33 degrees these days. This kind of care is rare in Russia

Also the key cards were very temperamental, often it wouldn't let me access the main door into the Hotel, I had to buzz for someone to let me in (great if someone's at the front desk, a little annoying when someone wasn't ) I had the card changrd 3 times and all three wouldn't always work

Good cost-benefit if you are a low budget traveler. They offer self serve laundry (100 rubles per usage), there is a coffee shop inside, service is great

Downside, there is either a Karaoke bar or practice room really close, I could hear people constantly performing (drums, bass, guitar the whole works) every night until 10pm. So it's not really a 'chill' place to stay
