Victoria and Druzhba are opposite each other. Lots of visitors, everything is on the level. In my presence, only one elevator worked! The traffic jams were colossal. You can't go up on foot, the doors are closed!

We are in this hotel already 3 times. I like everything, location and service. The room is not big, but very comfortable. The food is delicious, the staff is very polite and helpful. Very comfortable.

I was in the restaurant on the first floor during the day, with the children. Age 2.5, 6 and 11 years old. And they were in a hurry to get to the event. We, both adults and children, were served quickly. Children's portions were such that adults ate up. With the youngest, they were still delayed: they found a place for the kids. The colored crayon board was very handy for entertaining him.

The reception staff are very polite, it's nice to talk) But I don't understand what's the problem with the elevators there..? You press the button of the bodice that is closest to you, but comes from a completely different direction. That is, he called the left elevator, and the right one arrives. Why did they do that..? Everything was fine with them before.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Varied breakfast, bath procedures. Very nice staff, advised where to go, help with everything. Hairdryer in room could be better
