+ Location is very good! Cleanliness is very good! Surroundings is very good and very lively!
- Very late check in. We were given check in at 3pm. The front desk lady was very rude for initially. We asked for extra water bottles even if it is paid, they refused water. Hotel beds were awkwardly shaky! Biggest problem is no ventilation in washrooms. How is this possible? No ventilation in washrooms.

- No elevator No help with bags (security guy is 2m tall but never helps) Late check in (don’t even try to make it earlier) No sofa on reception (two tiny arm chairs infront of freezing street (if you have to wait for check it- it’s a disaster)

The worst hotel I ever was. Room was to small, nothing to do with the pictures they put. No elevator. For breakfast they ask 1000 rub per person that is totally insane. The employers in reception do not speak English. Vanity kit and other hygiene things normal for other hotels are considered luxury for this hotel so you can only get it if you ask. We have asked the employee in the reception to call a taxi for us for late travel to airport. We asked 3 times if everything is ok and taxi will come and got positive answer and guess what when we ger down neither reception boy was there neither taxi. Reception boy put a paper " i am coming in 10 min" and he was absent around two hours. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR STAYING .

Good location. Nice neighborhood. Good price but the hotel itself is not so well made (shower not so well constructed as the room)

Great place with unusual design, comfortable rooms, amenities included. Breakfast is in nearby restaurant. Restaurants around are top level, but pricey.

Loving it so far. The rooms are clean and cozy. Doesn't have an elevator but that's cool for me.
It's also near a lot of night clubs 🤙

There is no lift there, not supplied with tea or coffee for the next day. The 6th level without a lift - is a pain. The design in a reality does not correspond to the picture posted.
